Tomato is world’s widely cultivated vegetable crop,planted and occupied an large area in our country,rich in lycopene and vitamin C.Increase the number of planting area,were advantage of increase the numbers of tomato diseases occurs.It was approximately reaches more than 40 types of diseases were currently considered.Development of molecular biology was able to speed up the breeding process.Breeding among pink tomato was started late.Pink tomato is easy to crack,not suitable for storage,and transportation,lack of tomato yellow leaf curl disease resistant gene but have better taste.Developed of new varieties can able to overcome the problem and quality for market requirements.This experiment used molecular biology technology to speed up the breeding of inbred lines,through on field investigation and data analysis.Selection of excellent hybrid combination as new varieties of pink tomato was depended on multiple disease resistance,suitable for storage and transportation,flat or round shape,large fruit size,high yield,strong growth and excellent combining ability,The main results obtained are as follows:1.More than 80 materials were field investigated,and more than 100 materials were detected by molecular markers,and the result was considered on selection of inbred lines.Thirty-one material was screened from numbers of inbred lines were carried a traits to meet the target requirements.Eight excellent inbred lines were selected among 31 inbred lines during two season according with their combining ability on comparative test of pink tomato hybrid combination.2.Used of cherry tomatoes and LA3708 as a donor parent of late blight to transferred on recurrent parent(pink tomato)were result of 3 lines on BC3 generation,12 lines on BC2 generation and 2 lines on BC1 generation.Identify the severity of lines for late blight was through on leaflet inoculation test.3.Two season of hybrid combination selection,spring test had 44 hybrid combination was transplanted on replicated comparison test,fall test had 108 hybrid combination and 46 hybrids combination was transplanted on replicated test.Selected of excellent cross combination was considered on field investigation,breeding field evaluation,detection of the related quality traits,and comprehensive evaluation of the cross combinations.There were 7 cross combination showing excellent performance during two season of trail conducted.
