| Tomato yellow leaf curl virus disease is a disease caused by kidney bean golden mosaic virus.The yield and quality of tomato infected with the disease are seriously damaged,which has an important impact on agricultural production.Breeding new tomato varieties is the fundamental way to solve the harm of tomato yellow leaf curl virus disease.With the improvement of people’s living standards,consumers have higher requirements for the quality of tomatoes.In order to meet the demand of market,it is imperative to cultivate delicious and good-looking tomatoesIn this study,molecular marker assisted selection,combined with the investigation of field agronomic characters and the determination of fruit quality,was used to identify the high-generation pink fruit tomato inbred lines created in the laboratory,and the inbred lines with multiple disease resistance genes and good quality were selected.The low-generation material is selected and purified,and cultivated into a high-generation inbred line.New cross combinations of pink fruit tomato with resistance to yellow leaf curl virus disease,strong growth,good fruit shape,high yield and strong resistance were slected through cross combination comparison test.The main results are as follows:1.Selecting of tomato segregating lines: 467 tomato resources were detected by molecular markers and investigated in the field in the Autumn of 2020,and 89 lines with excellent comprehensive characters were screened.The soluble solid content of 66 lines reached 4.5% and above,21% of materials contained Ty-1 gene and 29% of materials contained Ty-3a gene.13 materials had good fruit appearance.2.Identification of pink fruit tomato inbred lines: 51 pink fruit tomato inbred lines were tested for molecular markers and investigated for field agronomic characters in the Autumn of2020.84% of inbred lines contained three or more disease resistance genes,TP32,TP43,TP53,TP54 and TP55 contained 7 disease resistance genes.The soluble solid content of 21 inbred lines reached 5% or above,of which the soluble solid content of TP13,TP6,TP29,TP40,TP49,TP52 and TP59 exceeded 6%.The inbred lines with better comprehensive characters were TP14,TP24,TP32,TP40 and TP49.3.Selecting of cross combinations: This study conducted cross combinations comparison test in two seasons of the spring of 2021 and the autumn of 2021.In the spring of 2021,a total of 74 cross combinations were used in the comparative test,and three elite cross combinations numbered 211Yz47,211Yz53 and 211Yz56 were screened out,which showed good comprehensive performance.A total of 176 cross combinations and commercial control varieties were tested in the autumn of 2021.Five cross combinations numbered 212Yz37,212Yz55,212Yz102,212Yz103 and 212Yz160 showed good comprehensive traits.The 8cross combinations screened in 2021 all contained the yellow leaf curl virus disease resistance gene. |
