| Cassava is the staple food for the daily life of eight hundred million people in the world,and it is also used as the main source of bioenergy in China.Many domestic organizations have developed the real-time cutting type cassava planter recently,which has the combined function of ditching,real-time cutting,seeding,fertilization,soil covering,and suppression.However,because the real-time cutting type cassava planter relies on auxiliary manual to feed cassava stem,there are problems such as seeding absence caused by operator’s failure to feed the cassava stem into the seed tube in time.It is not convenient to observe the planting quality during operation of the cassava planter,then we can’t obtain the information of seeding absence timely.As a result,people could not reseed in time after cassava planter completing the soil covering operation,which would severely affect the production of cassava.Therefore,the research is to develop a monitoring system to detect seeding absence during the operation of cassava planter which can provide index for where to reseed.The research is based on the 2CM-2 wide and narrow double row ridged cassava planter.Using photoelectric sensors,combined with single-chip technology and automatic control technology,a monitor system for seeding absence on cutting type cassava planter has been designed by modular design method.Test methods have been used to check the performance of the seeding monitoring system,and the results show that the system meets the requirement of detecting seeds and seeding absence marking.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Design of seeding absence monitoring system on real-time cutting type cassava planterAccording to analyze the research status of cassava planter and mechanical planter monitoring system at home and abroad,based on the overall mechanical structure and working principle of the 2CM-2 wide and narrow double row ridged cassava planter,the seeding rate and absence seeding rate of the 2CM-2 wide and narrow double row ridged cassava planter are analyzed.The overall structure of the seeding absence monitoring system of cassava planter was designed,and it was composed of the detection terminal,the vehicle terminal and the power module.The working principle of the seeding absence monitoring system of the cassava planter was clarified.The hardware system of the seeding monitoring system was designed by using wireless transmission module,combined with photoelectric sensor and single chip microcomputer.The designation of hardware system mainly includes hardware selection,circuit,and seeding absence marking device structure.Using Visual Studio software,Keil software and STC-ISP download software,the software system of the seeding monitoring system is designed,including the design of vehicle-end software,vehicle-end display interface,main program of micro control system,wireless communication subprogram,and the formulation of vehicle-end wireless communication module protocol.(2)Working performance experiment of seeding absence monitoring systemAccording to the design scheme and parameters of the seeding absence monitoring system of the real-time cutting type cassava planter,a testing bench for the seeding absence monitoring system was built.The rotation speed and forward speed of the knife roller were used as the experimental factors,the rate of seeding absence and the rate of seeding absence marking are used as experimental index,the working performance experiment of seed absence monitoring system was carried.The test results show that the marking rate of the seeding absence monitoring system on real-time cutting type cassava planter reaches 80%,which can meet the requirements of seeding absence marking;under the condition that the forward speed of the testing bench of the seeding absence monitoring system is 0.7km/h,and the rotation speed of the knife roller of the stem cutting and seeding device is 4.5r/min,the performance of experiment of the seeding monitoring system is carried out for comparison.The error between the detected value and the manually measured value of the seeding absence monitoring system is analyzed,and the monitoring accuracy of the seeding absence monitoring system is reflected by the relative error value.The test results show that the monitoring accuracy of the seeding absence on the vehicle-end of the seeding absence monitoring system reaches 81.57%.The monitoring accuracy of the seeding amount reaches 98.28%,which meets the requirements of the seeding absence monitoring system of the real-time cutting type cassava planter. |
