The wireless communication technology has brought conveniently for ours life. ZigBee is an emerging wireless communication technology; its biggest superiority is the power loss is low. The present paper is the wireless Design of Seeder Loss Seeding Monitoring and Precisely Reseeding System Based-on ZigBee,which does based on the ZigBee technology.At present many kinds of mechnical precision seeders exist some loss seeding problems in China. Many scholars engage in automatic monitoring of the loss seeding phenonmenon of precision seeder, while few people research on automatic reseeding. Among them Jin Hengmo researched on the system of loss seeding compensation. On the study of mechanical precise seeding system, only Gong Linong in Beijing Agricultural University and Zhang Xiaohui in Shandong Agricultural University researched on the precise mechanical system with automatic reseeding function respectively. Based on the above issues, an intelligent eqipment which can monitor loss seeding and reseed promptly has been designed by SCM technology.This system with automatic monitoring and reseeding is designed in view of various loss seeding problems of maize precision seeding machines.The equipment in this article with simple structure, low cost, and versatility is remade from the structure of ordinary mechanical seeder. Firstly the detector should be started. The starter coaxial and synchronous with the master seeder unit is a rotating disc around which there are corresponding circular slots with the seeding slots. The sensor installed on the starter checks the operation, that is, the action of the master reseeder unit. In the process of seeding, the master seeder unit rotates synchronously with the startup disc. The slots of the disc edge obstruct the photo sensor; the sensor will output an impulse signal. The sensors installed on the seeding tube can detect the dropping seed at the gap between two impulses the startup sensor detracts, if can not, the condition can be regarded as loss seeding. According to the methods in the documents, the sensor collects the pulses judged whether uniform or not. If the pulses are nonuniform, loss seeding happens. And in the condition the tractor must be drive at a constant speed, and the error is pretty big at the uniformity of the pulses.The system works normally, the master seeder unit is drived by the wheel of seeder, and the slave seeder unit does not work. While loss seeding happens, MCU will demand the stepper motor to start the slave seeder unit for reseeding timely. Base on the previous methods, the speed of the stepper motor must be very fast while reseeding, and then it is hard for seeds to be reseeded in the proper place. Due to loss seeding being judged in advance, the slave seeder unit can The system takes SCM as the core. When photo-sensors detact lossseeding due to mechanical malfunction or no seed in the seeding hopper, SCM will start stepper motor to drive slave seeder unit for reseeding. At the same time, the system provides acousto-optic alarm. If the constant loss reseeding times exceeds the default value, the driver can be reminded to stop the tractor for overhauling base-on ZigBee. Tests show reseeding success rate exceeds 99%, and the planting distance qualified index exceeds 95%, so the system realizes reseeding function precisely and effectively.Maize precision seeding system with automatic monitoring and reseeding can offset the loss from loss seeding and improve the seeding quality. The system is simple, low cost, small volume and convenient in installation. |
