The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of compound enzyme preparation,konjac mannan oligosaccharide and compound enzyme preparation on production performance,immune index and digestive tract enzyme activity of meat rabbits.Single factor randomized design was used in the experiment.When the digestible energy and protein were basically similar,five kinds of full price compound feed were added,including colistin sulfate,MSI group,konjac mannan oligosaccharide and compound enzyme preparation as basal diet,colistin sulfate 20 mg / kg,Bacillus complex 400 mg / kg,konjac mannan oligosaccharide 100 mg / kg and compound enzyme preparation 6G / kg respectively.200 weaned meat rabbits with good spirit and similar body weight at 35 days old were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 8 rabbits in each replicate.The experimental groups were fed with basal diet and diet supplemented with antibiotics,MSI,MOS and MEP.The nutritional level of each experimental group was approximately the same,and the management conditions of feeding sites were the same.The rabbits were free to eat and drink.The pre-test period was 7 days and the trial period was 42 days.At the end of feeding experiment,one rabbit from each replicate group was sampled and slaughtered to determine the related indexes.The results are as follows.(1)The daily gain(ADG)and feed to weight ratio(F / g)of meat rabbits were significantly affected by MSI,MOS and MEP(P < 0.01),but the average daily feed intake(ADFI)of experimental rabbits was not significantly affected(P > 0.05).The daily gain of MEP group was 8.87% and 5.38% higher than that of CGA group and CGB group;the feed conversion rate was significantly lower than that of CGA group and CGB group,which decreased by 8.90% and 4.95%,respectively;the average daily gain of MSI group was 5.06% higher than that of CGA group,and the feed to weight ratio of MSI group was significantly lower than that of CGA group and CGB group,respectively,which decreased by 7.42% and 3.41%;in terms of production performance,the average daily gain of MEP group was higher than that of CGA group and CGB group,and the feed conversion ratio of MEP group was higher than that of CGA group It is better than other experimental groups.Adding MSI,MOS and MEP had no significant effect on immune organ index(P > 0.05).(2)The addition of MSI,MOS and MEP significantly affected the activities of amylase in jejunum,amylase in duodenum,trypsin,pepsin and cellulase in cecum(P < 0.01).There was no significant effect on amylase of small intestine and ileum,trypsin of small intestine jejunum and trypsin of small intestine and ileum(P > 0.05).Amylase of jejunum,amylase of duodenum,pepsin,cellulase of cecum and trypsin of duodenum were significantly higher than those of CGA group when adding konjac mannan oligosaccharide and compound enzyme preparation The enzyme activity in CGA group was significantly higher than that in CGA group.(3)Adding MSI,MOS and MEP had significant effects on TP,TCHO,lysozyme,Ig A,Ig M,C4(P < 0.01),but had no significant effects on ALB,glo,BG,bum,Ig G and ALP(P > 0.05).When MEP was added,the content of Ig A and Ig M was higher than that of other additives,significantly higher than that of CGA and CGB groups,increased by 99.30%,86.19% and 59.66%,86.17% respectively.Compared with CGA and CGB groups,the content of TCHO was decreased by 25.62% and 23.46%,respectively.Compared with CGA group and CGB group,the content of TCHO was the highest,which was significantly higher than that of CGA and CGB groups(P < 0.01),increased by 45.21% and 35.87%,respectively.When adding MOS,C4 content was higher than other groups,significantly higher than CGA and CGB groups And increased by 24.99% and 28.78% respectively.(4)Adding MSI,MOS and MEP had significant effects on duodenal villi height and crypt depth(P < 0.01),but had no significant effect on the ratio of duodenal villi height / duodenal recess depth(P > 0.05).The intestinal villi height of MEP group was the highest,which was significantly higher than MOS group.Adding MSI could significantly reduce the duodenal recess depth of experimental rabbits,which was significantly lower than that of CGA group(P < 0.05))It was 36.61% lower than that of CGA group.In conclusion,MEP is better than MSI and MOS.MEP can replace antibiotics better,improve growth performance,and improve immune and digestive tract enzyme activities.Therefore,it is recommended to add MEP in the diet of meat rabbits to replace antibiotics. |
