Forty healthy otter rabbits which weighed around 1.1kg were applied and divided into fourgroups including the contrast group, experimental group one, experimental group two andexperiment group three whose diets was added 0g/t, 130g/t, 230g/t, 330g/t compound enzymepreparation respectively in an attention to study the influence of compound enzyme preparationon the production performance and serum physiochemical parameter. The results showed asfollows:1.To some degree, adding of compound enzyme preparation to the feedstuff increased thedaily weight gain (P>0.05), dressing percentage (P>0.05) and anti-disease performance (P>0.05) of otter rabbit, thus improved the production performance of otter rabbit, among themthe. group added 130g/t compound enzyme preparation showed the best effect according to whichnamely experimental group one the compound enzyme preparation can significantly improve thedaily weight gain of young otter rabbit (P<0.01) and the effect decreased gradually as the otterrabbit growing up or with the adding of the weight of otter rabbits.2. Adding of compound enzyme preparation to the feedstuff improved the ALP activity inthe serum remarkably, compared to contrast group experimental group one, experimental grouptwo and experimental group three had 52.25%,51.77%,65.27% boost up of ALP activityrespectively, among which difference between the experimental group and the contrast group isextremely significant (P<0.01) .3.In the experimental group one in which 130g/t compound enzyme preparation was added,glucose contents (P<0.01) improved dramatically which was 55.27% higher than that of contrastgroup. 4. Addition of compound enzyme preparation to otter rabbit's feedstuff can significantlydecrease urea nitrogen content in the serum. Experiment group one ,two and three decreased 17.51%, 6.78%, 28.81% respectively. Difference between experimental one, three and the contrastgroup was significant (P<0.05) , which indicated that compound enzyme preparation canimprove the metabolism of nitrogen in the body, and promote the accumulation of protein. 5. Addition of 130g/t compound enzyme preparation to the feedstuff increased thepotassium content of the serum significantly. Compared to contrast group, experimental group one increased 98.02%, experimental group two 88.49% and experimental group three 64.42%.6. Addition of compound enzyme preparation to the feedstuff can increase the phosphatecontent significantly (P<0.05) , compared to contrast group experimental group one, two andthree increased 39.35%, 27.78%和18.52% respectively.7. Addition of compound enzyme preparation can increase the economic efficiency ofraising rabbits. Difference between experimental group one and the contrast group wassignificant (P<0.01), gross profit increased 70.83%, the rate of feedstuff to meat decreased17.82%. The best compound enzyme preparation dosage used in this study was 130g/t.
