As a byproduct,peanut vine has the rich nutritional value based on the crushing peanut plants as the main raw material,after shredding,adding the right amount of corn flour gluten meal of baking soda and premix to achieve a balanced,good palatability,peanut vine material mixture to compression molding,can be directly pressed into livestock eat fodder blocks,in order to solve the peanut vine dispersion is big,not easy to transport storage problem,has the good economic benefit and ecological benefit.This paper mainly studies the processing parameters of peanut vine feed blocks molding,in order to explore a better combination of molding parameters,to provide a reference basis for the development and promotion of peanut vine fodder blocks molding machinery research content includes.(1)Considering that peanut vine fodder blocks should not only be nutrient-rich and balanced,but also need moderate hardness,strong palatability and convenient transportation and storage,the characteristics of peanut vine materials were studied in the experiment,and it was proved that its physicochemical properties could meet the requirements of general coarse feed raw materials.(2)According to the forming principle of peanut vine fodder blocks,the mold of peanut vine fodder blocks was designed,and the stress analysis of key components was carried out by using ANSYS software,so as to improve the foundation for the processing test of peanut vine fodder blocks forming.(3)Based on the determination of crushing the material properties of peanut vine test results,respectively in compression speed and material moisture content briquetting pressure concentrated feed additives as test factors,to fodder blocks hardness powder content and pulverization rate as test indexes experiment research,analysis of various factors on the peanut vine fodder blocks forming the influence law of quality,the mathematical model established between the factors index test results show that the moisture content of the optimal value is 14% ~ 20%;The optimal pressure of the pressure block is 15.92MPa~25.48 MPa.The optimal compression speed was 90mm/min~130mm/min.The optimal additive amount of concentrate was 32%~44%.(4)Concentrated feed additives with moisture content of briquetting pressure as test factors,the ternary quadratic orthogonal rotating combination design experiment,establish a moisture content of concentrated feed additives and briquetting pressure fodder blocks powder content pulverization rate parameters such as hardness,a mathematical model is then the optimal parameter combination of each index is using MATLAB software to multi-index parameters optimization solution,get the optimal parameter combination is: the moisture content of 16.88% briquetting pressure 23.52 MPa,concentrate adding amount was 44%,at this time,the fodder blocks made of peanut vine forming effect is good and hardness.Powder content and pulverization rate can meet the requirements of production using standard adopts the optimized parameter combination pressing peanut vine fodder blocks and index determination test,the test results and theoretical results,at this time of peanut vine fodder blocks better forming quality test results for peanut vine fodder blocks molding process and related mechanical optimization production provides reference.The experimental results provide a reference for the optimization of fodder blocks made of peanut vine molding process and related machinery production.
