| To actively build the beautiful China,realizing the virtuous circle between human and nature is the strongest call in the era.In recent years,the poultry breeding and catering industry are developing boomingly,leading to the generation of large numbers of "garbage"such as animal dung and food residues.If there is no proper disposal,it will cause serious environmental pollution.Meanwhile,a kind of good-quality protein feed called fish meal is in short supply,resulting in higher and higher costs for the aquaculture.If we can change the "garbage" into feed,turn the "waste" into treasure,it will not only curb pollution from the source,but also reduce the cost of production and promote economic performance.Black soldier fly larvae has a special ability,it can break down a large amount of "garbage"and convert into protein,fat and other nutrients.After entering the pre-pupal stage,the body will be rich in protein,which can be used as a good-quality protein feed instead of fish meal.However,the larvae need a strict growing environment to improve the conversion rate of the waste,which requires monitoring and regulating in real time.Traditional manual monitoring methods have lots of disadvantages,such as poor real-time performance,high manpower consumption and low efficiency,can not meet the actual demand in the process of production.Therefore,a remote monitoring system for black soldier fly breeding environment is designed in this paper.The system can accurately collect and process the breeding environment data continuously in real time.When the environment is abnormal,timely regulations will be carried out automatic until the environment returns to normal again.The system is divided into three parts.In the first part,the data collectors collect environmental data at local and then send to the controller.In the second,the environmental data will be encapsulated and sent to the remote server by the controller.At this time,the controller will control the equipment when the environmental is abnormal.In the final part,the environmental data which is acquired from the controller will be stored for the database by the cloud server which works based on B/S.Then,the visualization of environmental data and remote control has been realized through Web technology.And administrators can access the system remotely just using a browser.Considering the security of the communication between the remote monitoring cloud server and the controller,the communication is encrypted.Considering the security of the access and communication,the identity verification and encryption scheme based on RSA/AES are adopted in this paper.In order to provide more abundant environment data visualization interface,ECharts with open source has been used to draw the relevant chart or picture.To improve the rate of refresh for the web page,AJAX interactive technology is used to quickly refresh part of the important data on the web page.And the delay for update database is reduced by multi-threading technology.The test results show that the system can keep the breeding environment within appropriate environmental conditions,and the remote monitoring function can also be operated normally as designed.It has significant promoting effect on the breeding of black gadfly,and is beneficial to the protection of the ecological environment while increasing economic benefits. |
