In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet of things technology,GPRS wireless communication technology and other technologies around the world,these technologies are also rapidly integrated into all aspects of our lives.In the increasingly modern agricultural production and life,there are many areas of cloud computing and GPRS technology.In our country,there has been some intensive seedling raising in tea planting,but a lot of work still needs to be done manually,and there are some deficiencies in the process of tea seedling raising.This project plans to realize the automatic control of tea seedlings through the seedling system,which can maintain a good growth situation in the seedling box.Ensure the quality of tea seedlings at the same time,centralized and unified to achieve planting conditions.So the content of the system design is mainly around the seedling box and seedling system,the box is composed of seedling box data acquisition and control terminal,STM32 development board and communication module.The acquisition and control terminal is divided into two parts: data acquisition and data control,and uses microprocessor as the main control chip.The data acquisition module collects the temperature and humidity,soil humidity,light intensity,ozone and carbon dioxide concentration in the seedling box through each sensor.According to the information collected by the sensor,it is sorted and transformed by the microprocessor and uploaded to the cloud server through the GPRS wireless communication module.After the monitoring and control software platform downloads the data,it adjusts and compares the environmental parameters with the threshold value designed by the administrator in advance.If the parameters are normal,it only records and reserves the data.If the comparison between the returned parameters and the threshold value is abnormal,it is controlled by the supervisor The test control platform sends back processing to the microprocessor,and makes the control device in the running state through the compiler in the development board,so that each environment variable is in a normal value.During the experiment,the short cutting method was used as the planting method,and the prepared tea seedlings were planted in the seedling box.In the software platform of the seedling system,the thresholds of the growth environment of tea seedlings are set in advance.The sensors transmit the collected environmental parameter information to the STM32 development board.The microprocessor in the development board will send the processed data of the collected information to the server through the wireless communication module.On the contrary,when the system platform gives the operation instructions to the control equipment,the corresponding control instructions will be sent to the microprocessor in the seedling box through the cloud server,and finally the controller controls the environment stabilization equipment in the seedling box,so as to achieve the purpose of automatic control of the tea seedling growth environment data in the seedling box.Combining with the problem of low production capacity of tea seedling,this paper puts forward feasible cultivation scheme,and integrates remote monitoring and automatic control of seedling environment in the design.It can help people to complete the breeding and cultivation of tea seedlings more efficiently and with high quality.While ensuring the quality of tea seedlings,it can reduce the seedling loss caused by other factors,reduce the cost,shorten the seedling time cycle,and improve the cultivation efficiency.
