The growth and development of Pleurotus eryngii has a strong dependence on the surrounding environmental factors.The main influencing factors include:temperature,humidity,carbon dioxide concentration,light intensity,etc.,for the different growth periods and growth stages of Pleurotus eryngii,these factors affect The degree of influence varies.At present,the research on the influence of environmental factors on Pleurotus eryngii fruit bodies has achieved certain results,but the influence of environmental factors on the differentiation period of Pleurotus eryngii mushroom buds,especially the influence of the uniformity of the humidity field distribution is still not perfect.This article relies on the Ningxia Pengyang edible fungus comprehensive science and technology demonstration base.Based on the preliminary research of the research group,this article mainly studies the influence of the humidity during the differentiation of Pleurotus eryngii mushroom buds.Through field survey and analysis,on the basis of test data,use ANSYS Realize the simulation of the humidity field,and propose a humidity adjustment strategy suitable for the environment of the local cultivation room.The main contents are as follows:(1)Through field survey of environmental factor data and the growth status of Pleurotus eryngii under its influence,MATLAB was used for data analysis,and the growth rate model of mushroom bud differentiation period under different positions and different humidity and the preliminary humidity layer distribution law were obtained.(2)Use SolidWorks to perform 3D simulation modeling of the cultivation room,and use ANSYS to simulate the humidity field of the cultivation room under 3D modeling.After obtaining the humidity field model,combine the simulation model of the humidity field and the growth rate model to propose a suitable local cultivation room Environmental humidity control strategy.(3)Use fuzzy control to improve the traditional PID control,make up for the shortcomings of traditional control with large lag and large overshoot,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing control in different directions.According to the proposed control method,Labview software is used in combination with the upper position.The optimized design of the control system is carried out by the machine,and it is found through experimental verification that the control effect is good and the power consumption can be reduced.In order to further improve the growth uniformity and overall quality of Pleurotus eryngii,the theoretical basis of the growth cycle of Pleurotus eryngii was improved by studying the humidity field during the differentiation period of the mushroom buds,and the position lacking suitable humidity was intelligently controlled for the follow-up The research provided a theoretical basis.
