| Forest is working truck will work staff and equipment to the specified level of machinery and equipment,is forest enterprise development an important symbol of modernization,the boom system as an important part of forest region working truck,overhead working on the normal work of the boom system can realize all homework,so the further research of boom system is very important.Combined with the mechanical and hydraulic simulation software,this paper carries out the joint simulation of the mechanical and hydraulic system of the boom frame,deeply analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the boom system,optimizes the boom system,and provides a certain technical basis for the design and in-depth development of the boom system of the working truck in the forest area in the future.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Taking the boom of a company’s forest operation vehicle as the research object,this paper analyzes its mechanical and hydraulic system,introduces its working principle,and determines the research focus;Creo software is used to establish a three-dimensional model,and the processed model is imported into Adams for dynamic simulation analysis.Under three dangerous working conditions of the boom,the stress and dynamic characteristics of each component hinge point are analyzed,which provides a reference for the design of the boom mechanical system.2.Using Amesim software,the boom of the hydraulic system modeling,building boom of the hydraulic system of the three hydraulic circuit,control circuit,and overall boom hydraulic simulation model of transformer circuit,expansion loop,to fly arm lifting circuit simulation results of the analysis,test and verify the reliability of hydraulic simulation model,proposed by external data import analysis,for simple movement mechanism is more practical.3.The mechanical-hydraulic coupling model of the boom system was established and the simulation analysis was carried out on the coupling model.The dynamic data of three dangerous working conditions were analyzed,the response process of the boom system was studied,and the detailed data of each hydraulic cylinder was decomposed.4.For the boom system,combined with the boom simulation data,put forward optimization measures for the boom system,and carried out optimization verification. |
