At present,the orchards are mainly divided into two kinds of planting patterns: dwarfing intensive planting and arborescent intensive planting.Even though the mode of cultivation of dwarfing orchard orchards is strongly promoted at present,when it comes to the current orchard development trends,the traditional arbor intensive orchard planting model still occupy a dominant position,and the planting has a considerable area.At the present stage,the arbor intensive orchards in China mainly have the following problems: low level of mechanization,high labor intensity,backward production technology,and aging workers.However,in recent years,the optimization and updating of the planting management model in arbor orchard has provided a design space for the mechanization of arbor's densely planted orchards.In this study,a arbor orchard operating vehicle was designed to meet the operating requirements and characteristics of arbor's dense planting orchard,assisting employees to complete operations such as thinning of fruits and vegetables,pruning,bagging,and picking.In this paper,the main content includes:(1)Based on the field investigation data and the analysis of literature data,it is necessary to determine the relationship between the operating environment and the vehicle.Through the establishment of the machine morphological matrix,the optimum design plan of the complete machine is determined,as well as the mutual coordination of each functional module.Hydraulic transmission line,the series of the implementation of the components,to achieve the desired job function.(2)Design the overall structure of the work vehicle,calculate and determine the form of structure and parameters of the crawler chassis,lifting mechanism and work platform,analyze and calculate the vehicle's movement performance,including traction,running resistance,rollover then design and select the key components of the vehicle,including engines,hydraulic pumps,hydraulic motors,hydraulic tanks,radiators,pins,and platform telescoping mechanisms.(3)Based on the actual conditions of the work vehicle and the design requirements of the work vehicle,determine the hydraulic circuit,speed control mode,actuator and working pressure,determine the whole hydraulic system according to the designed hydraulic subsystem,and complete the design of the hydraulic drive system of the whole machine.(4)The arborescent orchard car design prototype modeling and virtual prototypeassembly and interference inspection by using SolidWorks software.Through interferometric inspection,the feasibility of assembly of the virtual prototype and the installation relationship of each component were examined.Then use ANSYS Worksbench software to carry out finite element analysis of the work vehicle,optimize the design of the work bench and the swing arm structure,achieve lightweight and improve the mechanical properties.(5)The designed arbor orchard working vehicle was prototyped and tested,and test measurements were made on the structural size parameters,straight line and steering performance,and obstacle avoidance performance of the prototype vehicle.The results show that the vehicle has the advantages of small size,compact structure,good possibility,high mobility,rapid response,and convenient short-distance transportation.
