Animal husbandry oracle bone inscriptions are important materials for the study of animal husbandry in the Shang Dynasty,and the Bin group is the group with the largest number and the most extensive content in the oracle bone inscriptions.Therefore,the classification and arrangement of the Bin group animal husbandry inscriptions is the basis for the study of animal husbandry in the Yin and Shang dynasties.the work.This article systematically collects and sorts out the animal husbandry materials found in the 19388 pieces of inscriptions in the bin group in the "Oracle Bone Inscriptions Collection"(hereinafter referred to as "He Ji"),focusing on the main animal husbandry production objects in the Yin and Shang period as seen in the inscriptions.The grazing locations seen in the Bin group were sorted according to the relative position of Yindu,in order to better understand the distribution of pastures in the late Shang Dynasty.This article is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the past scholars’ research status in the field of animal husbandry in the Shang Dynasty,and introduces the significance of the topic,the research methods and the innovations of the article;,Also introduced the "He Ji" and the related situation of the Bin group inscriptions,and discussed the necessity and important value of adopting the classification results of the Bin group inscriptions;Chapter 1mainly focuses on the animal husbandry in the four sub-categories of the "He Ji"inscriptions.The inscription materials for the main production objects of the industry have been sorted out,including the use of cattle,sheep,hog,dog,and horse,the location of the livestock industry involved,and the changes in different groups of data;Chapter 2 is mainly about the " Collected in the four sub-categories of the Chinese Bin Group inscriptions,we sorted out the 55 chumu sites and divided them into categories to understand the changes of pastures in the Yin-Shang period.Chapter 3 summarizes the business results.The dignified herding locations in the dynasty were divided according to the four directions of the Yin capital to understand the distribution of the Yin Shang pastures from a spatial perspective;Chapter 4discusses the main production objects of animal husbandry during the Yin and Shang period,and discusses the management system and production technology of the Yin Shang animal husbandry.
