Research On The Integrated Development Mode Of Production,Study,Research And Tourism Of Youzhuo Animal Husbandry In Hunan Province

In recent years,with the improvement of living standard,the quality of life has also been greatly improved.Milk and various dairy products have gradually developed into the indispensable nutritional food in daily life.The level of protein rich food consumption in China is far behind the rest of the world.In addition,the problems of dairy food safety in China are frequently emerging,and the whole society has a lot of worries about the safety of dairy sources.Therefore,it has become an urgent and important strategic task to develop the dairy animal husbandry and dairy processing industry in China.Youzhuo pastoral industrial park takes full advantage of its location,focuses on the development of local characteristic industries,adheres to the sustainable development strategy,selects the management mode which is most suitable for its own needs,promotes the transformation and upgrading of local animal husbandry production,and brings a series of considerable social and economic benefits to local farmers.First,this paper is based on the theory of integration of production and education,theory of coordination,theory of ecological agriculture,theory of sustainable development and theory of location.The paper analyzes the literature,field investigation,comprehensive case analysis and SWOT analysis.Through the in-depth analysis of the development and operation mode of ecological animal husbandry industrial park at home and abroad,and the related research results of relevant industrial development policies and successful cases,the paper summarizes the project construction and management operation mode of Hunan Youzhuo eco industrial park.The paper explores and finds out the advantages and disadvantages of Industrial Park,and puts forward some suggestions for optimization of the problems that may exist in the development of industrial park.Secondly,through SWOT analysis,field investigation and data analysis,it is found that the operation and management mode of Hunan Youzhuo pastoral Industrial Park mainly faces the problems of decentralized management of animal husbandry,low scale,weak infrastructure,immature animal husbandry economic development,backward agricultural science and technology level,weak innovation ability and lack of talents.Then,through the research and analysis of the successful animal husbandry characteristic industrial park in each typical area of our country,it is found that every successful animal husbandry characteristic industrial park mainly embodies in the full play of the location advantage of the enterprise;Actively strive for the support of local government policies and social input;Broaden the financing channels for the future development of the park;Strengthen the construction of technological innovation capacity of animal husbandry characteristic industrial park;The organizational structure of the park operation and management center is more scientific and reasonable;Achieve efficient management;The overall planning and reasonable transformation of the park;The land use rate is high;The infrastructure is relatively perfect and other advantages.Finally,the paper summarizes the actual situation of its own resources and the successful experience of other eco industrial parks.It puts forward constructive suggestions on the construction of Hunan Youzhuo pastoral characteristic ecological industrial park.It also puts forward specific solutions in the aspects of fund raising,resource use,industrial development,talent organization and management.
