Development Of High-quality Provenance Data Management System For Blue Fox,Silver Fox And Raccoon Dog

The conservation,management and utilization of provenance data is an important and basic work in animal breeding.Extensive and comprehensive variety resource reserve is the basis for searching and cultivating high quality,strong adaptability and meeting human needs.The information management of domestic fox and raccoon dog breeding industry is mainly based on manual recording and sorting.It takes a lot of time and energy,and even some farms have no data records or information management is very chaotic.The phenomenon of unclear blood relationship and provenance degradation is widespread,and the economic benefits of breeding industry are greatly affected.With the rapid development of computer technology,animal husbandry is advancing rapidly towards modernization and scale.Strengthening the information management of fox and raccoon dog aquaculture and introducing accurate and efficient data management system are important steps to adapt to the new development process of aquaculture.Based on a large number of relevant knowledge accumulation and many field investigations on large-scale fox and raccoon dog farms,this study analyzed the system requirements and feasibility combined with various basic workflows,and completed the overall function design of the system and the selection of development tools.The B/S architecture,Linux operating system,Java,JS,HTML,CSS programming language,IntelliJ IDEA programming tool,Redis database,Solr search server and so on were used to finally realize the construction of high-quality provenance data management system for blue fox,silver fox and raccoon dog.The overall structure of the system consists of eight modules:basic information management,adult male animal management,adult female animal management,infant animal management,individual change management,disease immunization management,genetic management and statistical analysis management.The system runs in the network environment,supports real-time information sharing,and can standardize the storage of relevant information involved in the production of foxes and raccoon dogs.The multi-module has the functions of editing,deleting,searching and exporting.The stored data can be used to achieve inbreeding and genetic coefficient calculation,individual breeding value estimation,seed selection and mating plan formulation,statistical analysis,immune warning and other functions.The system also designs different user roles,and the operation permissions will vary according to different user roles,which further improves the accuracy and security of system data.The application of this system is conducive to improving the work efficiency of breeders and helping managers make scientific decisions.The application of computer technology has laid a solid foundation for the provenance management of fox and raccoon breeding industry in China,greatly promoted the scientific and modern management process of fox and raccoon breeding industry,and is expected to fundamentally solve the problems of serious provenance degradation in the industry,which is conducive to the improvement and cultivation of excellent varieties of fox and raccoon,and promote the healthy and benign sustainable development of fox and raccoon breeding industry in China.
