This experiment is mainly research for the joint influence of exogenous PMSG and human HCG to induce raccoon dog empathema in un-reproductive cycle. During the experiment(from Nov. to Dec.), we choose twenty eight healthy raccoon dogs, divide them into dose groupⅠ, dose groupⅡ, dose groupⅢand contrast group on average, we make a dose giving plan as following: for dose group1, PMSG 1000 IU/raccoon dog, HCG 200IU/raccoon dog, HCG 100IU/raccoon dog; for dose group2, PMSG 600 IU/raccoon dog, HCG 150IU/raccoon dog; for dose group3 PMSG 400IU/raccoon dog; for contrast group, given the same dosage of normal saline. And then observe the four groups'changing, including the cytokines(IL-1,IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α)and immunoglobulin(IgG,IgA,IgM) in blood plasma.Result shows that: There were not significant changes of cytokines both in contrast group and dose groupⅠ(P>0.05). In the dose groupⅡ, the concentration of IL-1βis obviously higher than contrast group after intramuscular injection of PMSG 3 days(P<0.05), and is extremely significant higher on day 5,6,7,8(P<0.01); the concentration of IL-6 is obviously higher than contrast group after intramuscular injection of PMSG 7 and 8 days(P<0.05); the concentration of IL-8 is obviously higher than contrast group after intramuscular injection of PMSG 6 days(P<0.05). In the dose groupⅢ, the concentration of IL-1βis extremely significant higher on day 3,5,6,7,8,10,12 after intramuscular injection of PMSG(P<0.01); the concentration of IL-2 is extremely significant higher on day 2(P<0.01), and obviously higher on day 6,7(P<0.05); the concentration of IL-6 is obviously higher on day 3,6, and obviously lower on day 7,8(P<0.05); the concentration of IL-8 is obviously higher on day 3,5(P<0.05), and extremely significant higher on day 6,7(P<0.01). In this ecperiment, changes of immunoglobulin were not significant in the four group.Experiment conclusion: 1.In dose group 1, PMSG 1000 IU/raccoon dog and HCG 200IU/raccoon dog, concentration of many cytokines were higer than contrast group, inflammation may be caused on ovary.2. In the dose group2, PMSG 600 IU/raccoon dog, HCG 150IU/raccoon dog, empathema status is better, concentration of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 is obviously higher than contrast group, so they may participate in ovulation.3. Changes of immunoglobulin were not significant in the four group, it indicated that use of PMSG and HCG to induce empathema have no significant effect on immunity function.
