| As the largest state-owned forest area in China,the state-owned forest area in Heilongjiang Province is rich in forest resources,which not only makes important contributions to the economic development of our country,but also provides a strong guarantee for the ecological construction of our country.After the implementation of the policies of"Tianbao Project" and "No-felling Order ",the state-owned forest areas should be completely transformed from" heavy logging "to" health-preserving "forestry development type,and the living pressure of forest residents has also increased.Optimizing forestry industrial structure is an important way for state-owned forest areas to change economic development mode.As an important content of new urbanization in Heilongjiang Province,the new urbanization ofstate-owned forest area should ensure its simultaneous development of quantity and quality,so as to effectively promote the evolution of forestry industrial structure in Heilongjiang state-owned forest area.Therefore,this paper takes the evolution of forestry industrial structure and new urbanization in Heilongjiang state-owned forest area as the research object,and explores the interaction between the two through empirical analysis.Firstly,through constructing index system,this paper measures the evolution of forestry industry structure and the construction level of new urbanization in state-owned forest area of Heilongjiang province;secondly,measures and analyzes the interaction status of the two through coupling coordination degree model;finally,through constructing VAR model,the interactive relationship between forestry industry structure evolution and new urbanization in state-owned forest area is analyzed by using variable stationarity test,model stability test,impulse response analysis and variance decomposition analysis.The results showed that:(1)the comprehensive development level of forestry industry structure in state-owned forest area of Heilongjiang Province showed an overall upward trend in 2009-2018;(2)the new urbanization level of state-owned forest area of Heilongjiang Province increased continuously in 2009-2018,but there was still a certain gap compared with the national average level;(3)From 2009 to 2018,the degree of coordinated development of forestry industrial structure and new urbanization in state-owned forest areas of Heilongjiang Province has been improved,and the overall transition from barely coordinated development to intermediate coordinated development has been achieved,but overall,the degree of coupling coordination between forestry industrial structure evolution and new urbanization is higher than that between new urbanization and forestry industrial structure evolution;(4)The contribution of new urbanization in state-owned forest areas to the evolution of forestry industrial structure is greater than that in state-owned forest areas.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,including:promoting the evolution of forestry industrial structure,promoting the construction of new urbanization in state-owned forest areas,promoting the coordinated development of forestry industrial structure and new urbanization in state-owned forest areas;Make reasonable policy and provide system guarantee. |
