Research On Straw Comprehensive Utilization Policy In Jiangsu Province:policy Plan And Policy Implementation

Straw resources are precious biological material resources,and their total resources are second only to coal and petroleum.They have extremely broad prospects for utilization,and therefore have a high degree of social attention.As a large agricultural country,China’s crop straw resources are very rich,and the status of comprehensive utilization of straw has been receiving attention from all parties.Due to the waste of resources,environmental pollution and safety accidents caused by improper burning and disposal of farmers,the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of straw in China needs to be improved.In recent years,the state has successively issued a number of policies prohibiting straw burning and disposal.At the same time,in order to suppress straw burning behavior from the source and broaden the straw utilization channels,governments at all levels have invested a lot of energy to guide farmers to do a comprehensive utilization of straw.Angle cracking prevents the problem of straw burning.This paper attempts to study the comprehensive utilization policy of straw in Jiangsu Province from the perspective of policy and policy implementation,and explores the comprehensive utilization policy and optimization of straw in Jiangsu Province.This paper describes the literature research on straw burning and comprehensive utilization of straw at home and abroad.From the utilization of straw resources,the status of straw burning,the estimation of straw resources and the existing comprehensive utilization of straw,the importance of straw resource utilization is clarified.Existing straw comprehensive utilization methods.At the same time,research was carried out from the perspectives of policy changes and policy implementation.The changes of straw burning and straw comprehensive utilization policies in the country and Jiangsu for more than ten years were analyzed,and the different characteristics of straw burning and comprehensive
