There are great regional differences in potato production in China,and the cultivation and management techniques,especially the mutual ratio between fertilizers,are not very scientific.Puxian Agricultural Resource Development Center,Linfen City,Shanxi Province,is a place that attaches great importance to the development of agricultural products,mainly engaged in the development of flue-cured tobacco,potato and waxy corn and other characteristic agricultural industries and technical services.The potato varieties used in this paper are Kexin No.1,and the effects of applying different gradient microbial fertilizers on potato growth,quality,yield,soil physical and chemical properties and economic benefit analysis are investigated.The best research scheme was selected in 2019 to carry out a large area Promotion.The findings are as follows:1.microbial fertilizer can change potato growth well.Throughout the growth stage of potato,the plant height index of the three fertilization rates showed an increasing trend with the increase of microbial agent dosage,and the overall trend was close to high > medium >low fertilizer content.microbial agents did not significantly promote potato plant height in the early stage of growth(seedling stage).in the middle stage of potato growth(tuber enlargement stage),T3、T6、T9 groups in three different treatments reached the maximum value,among which T6 group reached the maximum,and there was no significant difference between T6、T9 groups.The main stem coarseness in each treatment showed the application microbe All the experimental groups were significantly higher than the conventional fertilization groups corresponding to each treatment,and the four treatments in the three groups were increased by the increase of the amount of solid microbial agent,and the main stem thickness of the T3、T6、T9 group reached the maximum.The number of branches increased gradually with the increase of microbial agents,and the amount of high fertilizer >medium fertilizer > low fertilizer,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the conventional fertilizer group.The results of plant amplitude increased first and then remained stable,in which medium and high fertilizer treatment was significantly higher than low fertilizer treatment.The potato yield index,low and medium fertilizer yield were higher than those of conventional fertilization group and high fertilizer yield seedling rate increased with the increase of microbial agents,and there was no significant difference between the test group and the CK3.2.microbial fertilizer can increase potato yield and yield composition.The results showed that the yield of each test group in three different treatments was higher than that in the conventional fertilization group,and the potato yield in the different fertilization treatment groups showed the tendency of increasing the long and then decreasing by the increase of the use of solid microbial agent.Among the three treatments,there was no significant difference in the yield of commercial potato.Among the T6 groups,the rate of large potato was the largest,which was significantly higher than that of other groups.The weight index of potato per plant,medium fertilizer and high fertilizer were all the same with the gelatinized spores The increase nutritional composition of potato tubers.For dry matter and starch content,only T2 groups with low fertilizer content reached the highest level and the difference was significant with the conventional fertilization group.The dry matter and starch content of the other test groups with different treatments were lower than the corresponding conventional fertilization group,but the difference between them was not obvious.The T1 group with low protein fertilizer,the T6 group with medium fertilizer,the T7 group with high fertilizer and the T8 group were all higher than the corresponding CK group,and there were significant differences.The Vc content reached the highest in the T2 group with low fertilizer content,and the Vc content in most other test groups was higher than that in the conventional
