Seed vigor is a comprehensive performance of related seed characteristics that measure the activity and performance of seed batches with acceptable germination rate under a wide range of environments.Seed vigor is a comprehensive performance that determines the activity level and behavioral characteristics of seeds or seed batches during germination and emergence.Seed vigor is an important indicator to measure the quality of seed sowing.High vigor seeds have obvious growth advantages and production potential,which is of great significance to agricultural production.Seed treatment technology can improve seed vigor,stimulate seed germination,and promote seedling growth.Plant growth regulator DA-6,sodium nitrophenolate and brassinolide have been widely used in crops,fruits and vegetables and other fields,which can increase yield and improve crop quality.However,current research mostly focuses on a single agent affecting plant growth and development.Most of them are foliar sprays,which are directly applied to seeds and there are few studies on the effect of seed vigor.In this study,corn seeds with a germination rate of about 90% were used as materials,and the seed treatment technology of seed dressing was used to treat corn seeds through the compound dressing of DA-6,sodium nitrophenolate and brassinolide at different concentrations.Analyze related indicators such as seed vigor,clarify the appropriate concentration range of the three reagents for single treatment and the best plan for the combination of the three reagents,and analyze the activity of DA-6,DA-6,etc.through the determination of metabolic enzymes and protective enzymes and other enzyme activities.The physiological mechanism of sodium nitrophenolate and brassinolide treatment to improve seed vigor is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the promotion and application of DA-6,sodium nitrophenolate and brassinolide compound seed treatment technology in agricultural production.The main findings are as follows:1.The single reagent dressing treatment of DA-6,sodium nitrophenolate and brassinolide can increase the germination potential,germination rate,germination index and vigor index of seeds under the optimal concentration conditions,but the seedling dry weight and root dryness The morphological indicators of seedlings such as weight,seedling length and root length are uneven.Among them,the optimal concentration range of DA-6 dressing treatment is 100mg/L~200 mg/L;sodium nitrophenolate The optimum concentration range for seed dressing is 100 mg/L~200 mg/L;the optimum concentration range for brassinolide seed dressing is 1.0mg/L~2.0 mg/L;and the combination of three reagents is compared with a single reagent The optimal treatment significantly improved the seed vigor index and seedling morphology index and other related indexes.The optimal combined concentration of the compound seed dressing treatment was 150 mg/L,100 mg/L,and 1.5 mg/L,respectively.2.150 mg/L DA-6,100 mg/L sodium nitrophenolate and 1.5 mg/L brassinolide mixed seed dressing significantly improved the germination potential,germination rate,germination index,vitality index,and single plant Dry weight,seedling length,root length and other related indicators promote the growth of roots and are conducive to strong seedlings,but they have no significant relationship with the number of roots.3.The seed dressing treatment is convenient,simple and easy to operate,which is conducive to the promotion and application in the field;under the most suitable combined treatment conditions,the relevant metabolic enzymes(α-amylase,sucrose synthase and dehydrogenation enzymes)in different time periods of seed germination are determined.Hydrogenase)and protective enzymes(SOD,POD).The results of the study showed that,compared with the control,the three reagent compound treatment significantly increased the enzyme activity level of the assay enzymes,namely DA-6,sodium nitrophenolate and sodium nitrophenolate.Brassinolide treatment promotes the decomposition and transformation of the material in the seed,improves the transformation ability of the stored material during the seed germination process,and promotes the germination of the seed and the growth and development of the seedling.
