| The existing forest area of Laoshan District is 360,000 mu,and the forest coverage rate is 52.58%.It is one of the highest urban areas in the province and the country.Laoshan is a national 5A scenic area,a national forest park and a provincial nature reserve.It is an important ecological barrier in Qingdao.Currently,the main threat to Laoshan’s forest resources is forest fires.It is of great significance to do a good job in forest fire prevention.Laoshan District has introduced remote monitoring technology for forest fire prevention since 2010.Due to the manufacturing technology and the impact of the mountain environment at that time,the equipment was damaged by external factors such as corrosion,moisture,wind and other natural factors,and some monitoring equipment has been unable to meet the normal Work requirements,especially in recent years,are increasing the number of false positives and false negatives in the system.Many forest fires in Laoshan were not detected immediately,which delayed the timing of fire suppression and caused a lot of losses.The current forest fire monitoring and early warning system in Laoshan District cannot meet the needs of forest fire prevention.Through a large number of investigations and visits,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the current forest fire prevention video monitoring system in Laoshan District,and demonstrates the necessity of project implementation.Based on the research,a design plan for the upgrading and upgrading of the forest fire prevention monitoring and early warning system in Laoshan District was proposed,and 7 key technologies including the multi-spectral remote sensing radar detection and early warning technology,distributed image intelligent analysis technology and the engineering system configuration plan involved in the upgrading and reconstruction project were analyzed.To ensure that the engineering scheme is technically feasible.At the same time,this article also analyzes and demonstrates the cost budget,process management,and other aspects of the upgrade project,and proposes management measures such as the construction site,progress,and quality of the project,which provides a guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project. |
