| As an important part of agriculture,animal husbandry plays an important role in my country’s agricultural development and national economic growth.The mutton sheep industry is an important part of the animal husbandry industry.Driven by the world sheep industry and the domestic market economy,in order to adjust the structure of agriculture and rural industries,solve the problem of rural labor transfer and employment,increase farmers’ income,and ensure effective supply of the mutton market.The mutton sheep industry in my country has developed rapidly and has now become one of the important pillar industries for agricultural and rural economic development.Hebei Province is a major sheep-raising province in China.It has been persistent in the sheep-raising industry for many years.The stock of mutton sheep has always been in the forefront of the country,and the output of mutton is also showing a rising trend.However,due to the traditional production method of mutton sheep,there are a high cost of breeding,Technical efficiency loss,resource waste,etc.,which not only affect the income level of farmers,but also restrict the progress of the sheep industry from quantity to quality,and affect the long-term increase in production and sustainable development of the mutton sheep industry.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the efficiency of mutton sheep production technology and its influencing factors in Hebei Province.This article is based on the field investigation of the production of mutton sheep farmers in Hebei Province,starting from the micro level,based on the theory of technical efficiency measurement,farmer behavior theory,and the theory of economies of scale,comprehensively using quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to carry out research.First of all,the basic status of the development of the mutton sheep industry in Hebei Province is explained,and the problems in the production of mutton sheep are analyzed.Secondly,with the help of the non-parametric data envelopment function model(DEA function model),the technical efficiency of the mutton farmers in Hebei Province in the sample area is analyzed.On this basis,the Tobit model is used to study the factors that affect the improvement of production technology efficiency.Finally,it is proposed Countermeasures and suggestions for improving technical efficiency of mutton sheep production in Hebei Province.The main conclusions of this paper are:First,the average technical efficiency of mutton sheep farmers in Hebei Province is 0.7696,there is a certain loss of technical efficiency,and there is a large difference in production technical efficiency,which is distributed between 0.1361-1.The main reason for the difference is Because of the difference in pure technical efficiency.The average technical efficiency of mutton sheep production of farmers in the breeding community is higher than that of free-range farmers.Second,use the Tobit model to analyze the education level,breeding years,breeding methods,breeding methods,the proportion of mutton sheep industry in household income,and whether they have participated Technical training has a significant positive correlation with the improvement of technical efficiency of mutton sheep production in Hebei Province.Among them,the education level and breeding scale of farmers have a positive impact at a significant level below 10%.Third,it is proposed to promote moderately large-scale breeding,cultivate high-quality farmers,improve breeding management methods,increase technical promotion and technological innovation.Improving the degree of organization of the mutton industry,such as improving the technical efficiency of mutton sheep production in Hebei Province,and promoting the efficient development of the mutton sheep industry.The innovation of this article lies in the fact that this article is based on the development of the mutton sheep industry in Hebei Province,measures the efficiency value of mutton sheep production technology from the farmer level,and analyzes the influencing factors of the mutton sheep production technology efficiency,enriching the existing research content and scope the study. |
