In order to study the effects of dust removal room structure on the environment of laying breeder farms and the production performance of laying hens.Two kinds of chicken houses with or without dust removal room structure in the same filed were selected as the experimental house and the control house respectively.The Escherichia coli marked with fluorescent protein(RFP)gene as indicator bacteria was atomized and distributed to the external atmospheric environment.The structure rationality and its application effects of the dust removal room were comprehensively evaluated by the collection of marked bacteria in the field,the environmental monitoring in the house,and the analysis and comparison of the production performance and serum biochemical indexes of laying hens.The effects of the structure of the dust removal room on air source pollutants emission:The average number of marker bacteria colonies collected in dust removal room was 303.82%than that of the same position of the control house(P<0.05).The maker bacteria emitted by the test house or the control house could be collected at about 70%of the area distribution location,and the number of marker colonies collected at 60.94%of the site location,and the number of marker bacteria colonies in the test house was hi gher than the control house.The impact of the structure of the dust removal room on the environment in the layer breeder house:① The results showed that the environmental parameters of the control house and the test house had the same change trend.The temperature,humidity,wind speed,and the concentration of harmful gas(CO2,NH3 and H2S)in the house all showed a gradual increase from the wet curtain end to the fan end,and the concentration of particulate matter(PM2.5 and PM 10)was all expressed as increasing first and then decreasing from the wet curtain end to the fan end.But the concentration of L5 H2S at the horizontal position was significantly higher than that of the control house(P<0.05),the concentration of L4,L5 NH3 at the horizontal position was significantly higher than that of the control house(P<0.05),the concentration of L1,L5 PM2.5 was significantly higher than that of the control house(P<0.05),and the differences of environmental parameters in other locations were not significant(P>0.05).The change rules of microbial aerosol content in both the control and test houses were as follows:L1 to L5 locations increased gradually,and the bacterial colonies collected at Li,L3 and L5 locations were significantly higher than those collected at the same location of the control house(P<0.05).②The environmental parameters of the control house and the test house have the same variation trend at different times:the temperature variation trend shown as high temperature period>wanning period>cooling period>low temperature period,the relative humidity gradually decreases with the increase of temperature in the house.The change trend of CO2 concentration in both the control and test house was shown as the high temperature period<heating period<cooling period<low temperature period,and the concentration change of particulate matter(PM2.5,PM 10)was shown as the high temperature period<cooling period<heating period<low temperature period.There was no significant difference in the average temperature and relative humidity between the control house and the test house(P>0.05),and the concentrations of NH3 and H2S in the low temperature test house were significantly higher than those in the control house(P<0.05).H2S gas was not detected in the control house during the heating,high temperature and cooling periods.There was no significant difference in PM2.5 and PM 10 concentration between the test house and the control house at different times(P>0.05).The effects of dust removal room structure on the production performance and serum biochemical indexes:There were no significant difference in the body weight,evenness of chicken,average egg weight and broken egg rate between the test house and the control house(P>0.05).The mortality rate of breeding hens in the experimental house was significantly higher than that of control house(P<0.05).At week 1-4 and week 1-8,the serum IgA content of the breeding hens in the test house were significantly higher than that in the control house(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences between the control house and the test house during the other serum biochemical indexes(P>0.05).Air source microorganisms,CO2,NH3,PM2.5 and PM 10 in the house were significantly positively correlated with the death rate of egg breeding hens(P<0.01),and significantly negatively correlated with the egg production rate of egg breeding hens(P<0.01).In conclusion,the dust removal room structure plays a role of buffer and transition between the house environment and the outside environment,slowing down the exchange rate between the house environment and the outside environment.But it is also easy to cause the accumulation of pollutants in the house,which will affect the production performance of laying hens.
