In recent years,with the intensification of China poultry breeding technology is increasingly mature,the environmental control of livestock and poultry farms are faced with great challenges.In the case of brooding shed chickens,the chicks are in a high-temperature environment for a long time and the chicks are densely packed.If only pay attention to controlling the temperature but neglecting the ventilation of the homes,the quality of the chickens in the chicks would be reduced,thus affecting the health of chicks.Therefore,it is necessary for brooding sheds to ensure constant temperature in the house and meet the strict requirements of ventilation to provide fresh air for the chicks.In order to solve the problem of pollution and air quality caused by brood sheds,combined with the working experience and market research.This article designed imitation camel nasal dust ventilation system for the new brood sheds,the system in the implementation of the basis of effective ventilation,further improve the dust removal treatment and simulate the dust removal effect of the system.The main contents of this article are as follows:Firstly,the basic principles of camel’s nasal cavity structure and traditional cyclonic separation technology were analyzed.Bionic study of nasal cavity structure was found.It was found that airflow had strong spatial ductility,strong fluidity,large contact area in effective range and large.And the airflow field in the process of camel respiration was in accordance with the principle of cyclone separation,and a new type of camel nose cyclone dust collector was designed.Secondly,the flow field of the dust in the dust collector was simulated by ANSYS WORKBENCH/CFX 17.0 software.The flow field of the dust flow in the dust collector was simulated and analyzed.The flow field,pressure,velocity and the trajectories of the dust particles were studied.The results showed that the dust removal efficiency was the best when the wind speed was 0.5m/s,and the dust removal efficiency was 84%.Lastly,the dredging system of brood stock was designed,and the structure model of broiler house was established.By simulating and analyzing the airflow field inside the house,the results show that the velocity of the airflow near the fan is more obvious,and the change from the fan area is smaller.The separation efficiency and total separation are used to separate the airflow in the house.The dust removal efficiency of the system is 70.1%when the wind blower velocity is 2m/s. |
