Due to the complex shape of corn seed, it is difficult to achieve precision seeding, sowe research the impact of corn seed selection and precision seeder performance indicators,explore effective ways through proper grading seed treatment to improve the performanceof precision seeder for corn to achieve precision sowing has a very important role.Select the topics widely grown in Shandong, Henan, Anhui and other regions, arepresentative of the Zhongke11and Zhongyuandan32as single subjects, which representtwo varieties of maize seed graded according to dimensions large and small flat round. Bymeasuring the size of the raw seed, the corresponding distribution curve plotted as a basisfor classification of seed.The topics selected for classification by dimensions approach based on thedistribution curve seeds, two seeds will be in accordance with the width and thickness isdivided into the following different levels: according to the thickness grading,Zhongyuandan32into two level, Zhongke11is divided into two; according to the widthgrading, Zhongyuandan32into four, Zhongke11divided into four.Was chosen air-suction seeding and spoon disc seeder two production widely seeder,as a representative of pneumatic and mechanical seeder’s.
