| With the development of society and the change of human needs,China has experienced a stage of cultivated land protection that emphasis on quantity-quantity and quality-"trinity".At present, the quantity of cultivated land in China is basically stable, but there are still some problems, such as the decline of cultivated land quality, the low quality of crops, the significant difference of regional cultivated land quality and so on.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate the quality and productivity of cultivated land based on the evaluation system in line with the regional reality and demand, and divide the cultivated land according to the evaluation results of the quality and productivity of cultivated land, then put forward targeted suggestions on the utilization and protection of cultivated land in combination with the actual situation,so as to comprehensively and systematically improve the quality and productivity of regional cultivated land. This study uses farming map spots in Yuanzhou District as the evaluation unit, after studying and sorting out the relevant literature and regulations, clarify the concepts of cultivated land quality and productivity, this study construct an index system for evaluating farmland quality and productivity, and then evaluates the quality and productivity of cultivated land, compares the evaluation results with the existing agricultural land grading results. After verifying the reliability of the results, calculate the average index of cultivated land quality and productivity of administrative villages, and then carry out spatial autocorrelation analysis on the average index of the villages. Finally, based on the evaluation results and spatial autocorrelation results, divide the cultivated land quality, cultivated land productivity and cultivated land protection types, and put forward corresponding suggestions. The relevant conclusions obtained in this article are as follows:(1)The cultivated land quality index of Yuanzhou District ranged from 50.35 to316.29,the areas of excellent, good, medium and low grades are 6292.32,18125.09,23599.89hm~2and 14814.67hm~2respectively,accounting for 10.01%,28.85%,37.56%and23.58 of the regional cultivated area. The overall distribution shows that the quality of cultivated land in the middle part is better than that in the surrounding areas, and the spatial distribution of each grade is significantly different, among them, the excellent quality grades are concentrated in the middle of the study area;good quality grade and medium quality grade are evenly distributed in the study area;low quality grades are widely distributed in the south and north of the study area.(2)The productivity index of cultivated land in Yuanzhou District is between830-2450,which is concentrated in good and medium grade productivity, the production areas of good grade and medium grade are 19273.87 hm~2and 20252.09 hm~2respectively,accounting for 62.91%of the total cultivated land area in the study area. The overall situation of cultivated land productivity in the study area is good, and there are significant differences in the distribution structure of cultivated land productivity in each township. The areas with good productivity include Zhaixia Township,Wentang Township,Nanmiao Township and Jinrui Township.(3)The accuracy of the evaluation results was analyzed by comparing the existing grading results with the cultivated land quality and productivity evaluation results. From the perspective of quantitative structure and spatial distribution, the results of this study are relatively consistent with the overall distribution of existing studies, but there are slight differences due to different classification standards;and the correlation analysis showed that the cultivated land quality and productivity index are significantly correlated with national natural and utilization indexes(P<0.01).(4)The results of global spatial autocorrelation show that the cultivated land quality index, cultivated land productivity index and their first-level indicators are significantly aggregated in space. The results of local spatial autocorrelation show that the spatial distribution types of cultivated land quality index and cultivated land productivity index include HH(High-High)type,LL(Low-Low)type and random distribution.(5)Combined with the relevant research results, taking administrative villages as the evaluation units, the cultivated land is divided into key protection areas, improvement and promotion areas, moderate protection areas and comprehensive renovation areas, and specific suggestions are put forward for each type of areas. The distribution of each type is as follows:the area of the key reserve is 48410.81hm~2,mainly distributed in the central and southern regions;the area of improvement and promotion area is 45923.72hm~2,which is concentrated in western towns and villages;the moderate reserve area is 62936.91hm~2,which is distributed in the middle and north of the study area;the comprehensive renovation area is the largest, accounting for 38.02%of the total area, and is widely distributed in the study area. |
