Dairy cow mastitis is one of the most common diseases of dairy cows, causing huge economic losses in the dairy farming industry.Among them, bacterial pathogens are the main infectious pathogens.Sensitive drug treatment or medical bath prevention and health care are often taken clinically. In this experiment, based on the investigation of the distribution of major pathogenic bacteria in the breasts of dairy cows in Tianjin and the resistance of common pathogenic bacteria, the development and clinical application of film-forming nipple baths were evaluated.1.The results of isolation and identification of mastitis pathogens in some dairy farms in Tianjin area show that Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus agalactiae and Escherichia coli are the main bacterial pathogens, and also include Lactococcus lactis,Streptococcus casei,Pseudomonas weigani,Enterococcus faecalis,Klebsiella pneumoniae;drug sensitivity test results of the main pathogens showed that Staphylococcus aureus is highly resistant to amoxicillin, gentamicin, lincomycin;Streptococcus agalactiae is resistant to Klebsiella,Metronidazole, and lincomycin are highly resistant;E.coli is highly resistant to amikacin, clindamycin, and gentamicin.2.According to the medicinal properties of the film-forming medicinal bath, screen and determine sodium alginate as the film-forming matrix, and successfully develop a film-forming nipple bath with povidone-iodine as a bactericidal component. The medicated bath was applied to the exposed back skin of adult female rabbits for 7 days for safety test. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the blank control group, proving that the developed medicated bath had no irritation and no damage to the skin. The results of sterilization tests with different time gradients indicate that the sterilization rate of the common pathogenic bacteria of dairy cow mastitis can reach more than 99.99% in 30 s with the medicinal bath. The medicated bath solution was stored under normal temperature and dark conditions, and the film formation and sterilization rate were re-detected at 30 d,90d and 180 d.It can reach more than 98%,which verifies the stability of its safety and sterilization efficacy.3.Clinical effectiveness test: 100 lactating dairy cows from a dairy farm in Tianjin were selected to carry out the clinical effect evaluation test. The test period was 7 days. The Lanzhou mastitis test(LMT)test showed that the incidence of clinical mastitis was The original 5% dropped to 2%,and the incidence of recessive mastitis decreased from 20% to 8%,which initially shows that the medicinal bath has good application and development prospects. This test is the first to develop a milk bath nipple medicinal bath using food-grade sodium alginate as a film-forming matrix, which further improves the safety of the milk bath nipple after milking.Mastitis laid the foundation. |
