| With the development of crop facility cultivation technology,shading and supplementary light cultivation become important means to improve crop yield and quality.In this experiment,pepper was used as the experimental material,and the shading method in pepper garden and the indoor nutrient solution watering method were adopted to cultivate.The effect of light intensity on the physiological process of pepper cutting seedlings was studied under the environment of different light intensity.The main research results are as follows:1.Under the light intensity of 135 molm-2s-1,the photosynthetic rate of pepper plant is relatively low,the biomass of plant assimilation is less,the flower bud extraction is less,the leaves are thick and the single leaf area is large;Under the light intensity of 270 molm-2s-1,the photosynthetic rate of pepper was maintained at a high level.Under the light intensity of 405 molm-2s-1,the content of soluble sugar,sucrose,starch and other saccharides in the leaves of pepper cutting seedlings was higher than that of gibberellin,the number of leaves was more,the net increase biomass was the largest,and the number of pepper flowers was more.Under 540 molm-2s-1 light,the growth and development of pepper cuttings were slightly inhibited.Correlation analysis showed that soluble sugar,fructose and GA3 were significantly correlated with the amount of pepper flower.The results showed that the content of carbohydrate and gibberellin in pepper cutting seedlings was relatively higher under the light intensity of 405 molm-2s-1,which was most beneficial to the flowering of pepper.2.Light intensity can regulate the enzyme activities of SPS,SS and AGP in pepper leaves,so as to regulate the synthesis and distribution of sugars in pepper leaf organs.3.Light intensity can adjust endogenous hormone level of pepper and make pepper plants adapt to different light intensity environment.4.The accumulation of 13C in various tissues and organs of pepper was studied by using the tracer technique of stable elements,and it was found that the main accumulation organs of 13C were the leaves at inverted leaves.In summary,this study observed the agronomic characters of indoor pepper and garden pepper under different light intensities,studied the rules of carbohydrate synthesis and distribution in pepper by the changes of enzymes related to carbohydrate metabolism and hormone levels in the leaf of light stress pinch pepper,and found the correlation between carbohydrate and hormone regulating the spike of pepper.It provides a theoretical reference for the improvement of pepper controlled light cultivation technology in China. |
