The light intensity is the main limiting factor in the production of red dates. In this study, Xinjiang Junjujube close planting garden as the research object, through the leaves of different light conditions onPhotosynthetic Characteristics of the analysis, to explore the effect of light intensity on PhotosyntheticCharacteristic in leaves and the development; through the determination of fruit quality traits, especially thesugar content and sugar metabolizing enzyme activity changes, to investigate the effects and mechanism ofdifferent light conditions on accumulation of fruit sugar, in order to provide theoretical basis for theregulation of source sink relationship of jujube close planting and reasonable close planting, to provide helpfor the greenhouse industry. The main results are as follows:1,Different light anatomy of Jun jujube leaf area index, leaf chlorophyll content, sugar content, leafhas great influence, but of Jun jujube leaf thickness had no significant effect. Under different intensities oflight transmittance of78under the treatment of large area and chlorophyll content of Jun jujube leaf, it ischaracteristic of the plant itself, in the light of needs an instinctive energy increases, so as to better carry outphotosynthesis, the formation of more photosynthetic products. With increasing light intensity, leafphotosynthesis after accumulation and transformation of sugar is high.within a certain range, the netphotosynthetic rate increased with the increase of light intensity, chlorophyll content and net photosyntheticrate had little correlation. And excessive jujube jujube leaves will influence the received light intensity,light energy utilization of the leaf to rationally and effectively, thus reaches the maximum value of the drymatter accumulation, distribution, thereby affecting the yield of jujube tree.2,Different light intensity treatments, there was no significant difference in the quality of the fruit ofJunzao under certain conditions, with the decrease of light intensity, Jun jujube fruit weight increased,vitamin C, protein, fruit, reduce the content of organic acid, that under the shading condition will cause thefruit produced in the content of these substances to reduce. The fruit quality depends largely on the typeand content in the fruit contains sugar, light intensity is high, the total soluble sugar content of fruit washigher. In the Chinese dates fruit growth and development period, excessive shading will hinder the fruittotal soluble sugar accumulation.3,The effect of glucose metabolism related enzymes by SS enzyme, SPS enzyme, AI enzyme and NIenzyme to control the. In the fruit growth period, a decrease of NI signal and the AI activity is equivalent tothe fruit sugar accumulation in full sunlight, sucrose phosphate synthase activity decreased in the later alsopromoted the accumulation of sugars, shading conditions, sucrose synthase and sucrose phosphate synthaseactivity increased accumulation of sucrose, so Jun jujube close planting is not as close as possible,appropriate shading and appropriate spacing, can promote the Junzao fruit sugar accumulation.
