As a new means of transportation,high-speed railway will significantly change the urban traffic location, directly enhance the time distance between regions, improve the radiation capacity of production factors in the central cities of high-speed railway, accelerate the flow of resources in space, gradually promote the integration of urban resources along the line, and further affect the regional economic development.Today, with the increasing regional accessibility, gradually reducing the accessibility gap and promoting the balanced development of accessibility worldwide is one of the core objectives of the United Nations for sustainable development, and effectively improving the accuracy of accessibility measurement. It can be seen that accessibility has become an important indicator of social development. At present, the construction of "eight vertical and eight horizontal" has been put on.As an important national infrastructure project,high-speed railway has had a far-reaching impact on China’s regional space organization. Many scholars have studied the regional spatial effect of high-speed railway, but the research mainly focuses on the high-speed railway in the Yangtze River Delta and other regions, there is relatively little research on the high-speed railway in Northeast China.Northeast China has a strategic position in national security and other aspects. So compares and analyzes the economic data of 25 cities in Northeast China in 2012,2014,2016,2018 and 2020 with the data of high-speed railway, and uses the combination of gravity model and spatial autocorrelation to measure whether the opening of high-speed railway has an impact on the economy of Northeast China from the perspectives of high-speed railway accessibility, regional economic connection and strength, and draws the following conclusions:(1)With the gradual opening, the accessibility level of 25 cities in Northeast China has been significantly improved. However, due to certain differences in geographical location and economic level of each city, there are obvious differences in time and space in the improvement of accessibility level of cities in Northeast China, that is,the reduction rate of accessibility in marginal cities is greater than that in central cities.(2)In the context of the optimization and upgrading of high-speed railway, the reduction of time distance improves the economic connection strength between cities in Northeast China. However, due to the difference between the level of economic development and the grade of high-speed railway, the improvement of economic connection strength is different in time and space. In terms of space, the strength of economic ties is still centered on the cities along the Harbin Dalian high-speed railway, and gradually transits to the periphery of the region, showing a distribution pattern of "center periphery".(3)The weighted average travel time of cities in Northeast China shows an obvious negative correlation with the intensity of economic ties, that is,the smaller the weighted average travel time, the higher the intensity of external economic ties. The traffic accessibility of more cities matches the economic ties, and only a few cities show traffic lag or economic lag.By studying the accessibility of high-speed rail cities in Northeast China in different periods of time,it attempts to use gravity model to study the impact of the construction of highspeed railway on the strength of economic ties in Northeast China, and study the temporal and spatial evolution relationship between them.It provides a basis for promoting the construction of high-speed railway and regional economic development. |
