Research On Architectural Style Design Of Leizhou From The Perspective Of Regional Culture

During the long historical development of our country,many buildings with typical regional features have remained in different regions.Different architectural styles also reflect the connotation of its unique regional culture.As one of the eight famous historical and cultural cities in Guangdong Province,Leizhou’s diverse and unique cultural characteristics have had a profound impact on the traditional architectural styles of Leizhou.However,with the conflict of modernization,the architectural style of Leizhou is gradually losing its regional characteristics,and is replaced by the same "square box" of modern concrete buildings.Therefore,in order to protect and inherit the splendid traditional architectural cultural heritage of Leizhou,this thesis establishes a research framework by collecting and arranging relevant documents and materials such as regional culture and architectural style,on-the-spot investigation and research,and engineering practice.From the perspective of regional culture,combined with the design theory and method of regional architecture,the practical project of the author’s tutor studio,Leizhou No.9 Middle School and Dinglong Experimental Primary School project are used as case studies to analyze the application of Leizhou style design in actual projects.It analyzes the influence of regional culture on architectural practice and design methods in Leizhou area,and finally summarizes and proposes the design method of architectural style in Leizhou area.The article is mainly divided into six parts,the first is the introduction,which focuses on the research background,source,domestic and foreign research review,research purpose and significance,research object and scope,research content and method,and research framework.The second part is the basic research on regional culture and architectural style,and the design theory of regional architecture is sorted out,and the relevant cases of regional architectural design are analyzed;Conduct research and preliminarily explain the uniqueness and diversity of Leizhou culture;the fourth part conducts field research on traditional buildings in Leizhou through field research,and sorts out the characteristics of traditional buildings in combination with Leizhou cultural characteristics;the fifth part is from Leizhou No.9 Middle School Starting from the two actual projects of Dinglong Experimental Primary School,it analyzes the style design method of Leizhou campus buildings;the sixth part is based on the design theory of regional architecture,combining the regional culture of Leizhou,the style characteristics of traditional buildings and the case study of Leizhou campus architectural style design.,summed up and put forward five design principles,three design methods and three design strategies.
