| As an indispensable part of China’s water conservancy projects,large reservoirs are mainly used for flood control,water supply,power generation and irrigation.There are a large number of large reservoirs in China.Because some reservoirs have been built for a long time and have not been repaired and maintained in time,these reservoirs have been aging and have appeared problems to varying degrees,which has affected the normal function of reservoirs and buried hidden dangers for operation and management.At the same time,the quality control standards of large reservoirs are becoming more and more strict,especially the risk removal and reinforcement projects of reservoirs.Combined with the case of Baipenzhu reservoir dam danger removal and reinforcement project,through AHP-SWOT analysis method,this thesis establishes SWOT matrix,uses analytic hierarchy process AHP,combined with the actual situation of Baipenzhu reservoir,comprehensively analyzes the factors affecting the reservoir quality,and puts forward reasonable quality control strategies;Formulate key construction schemes and measures according to the quality strategy,including the special scheme for gate hoisting and the special scheme for full support operation scaffold(including high formwork of corbel concrete column),so as to ensure the construction quality;The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the fuzzy quality of engineering project division.After rigorous research and analysis,the research work and results of this thesis are as follows.(1)The theoretical basis of swot-ahp is sufficient for the research of engineering quality control.The mathematical matrix model is established by using AHP-SWOT analysis method,and the danger removal and reinforcement project of Baipenzhu reservoir dam is taken as the research object.Combined with the actual situation,the influencing factors that need to be controlled are analyzed,and finally the w-t strategy(defensive strategy)is formulated.Taking this strategic decision as the starting point,every link of project construction is optimized and effectively controlled to improve the quality of project construction.(2)According to the direction of w-t strategy(defensive strategy),the special scheme for gate hoisting and the special scheme for full support operation scaffold(including corbel concrete column high formwork)are formulated in detail,including key construction process,construction and installation technology and details,construction quality inspection scheme and quality acceptance,so as to ensure the key points of Baipenzhu reservoir dam risk elimination and reinforcement project.(3)This thesis expounds the theoretical system of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,establishes a matrix model in combination with the actual situation of the project and the main contents of project division,and evaluates the construction quality of Baipenzhu reservoir dam danger removal and reinforcement project through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.From the analysis results,it is clear that the quality of penzhu reservoir dam danger removal and reinforcement project is basically satisfactory and meets the requirements of project quality standards,This analysis provides a reference direction for the study of the quality of large(I)reservoir dam projects in China,and further explains the application value of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in evaluating the quality control of reservoir dam risk removal and reinforcement projects,which has a certain guiding significance for the quality evaluation of similar projects. |
