| Dunhuang is China’s world famous cultural tourism city,has a rich historical and cultural resources and natural landscape,with the change of tourism and gradually increasing modern urban construction needs,the inner city neighborhoods exist in the historical legacy of the problem to be solved,the regional cultural resources to be further developed.This paper takes the Gao Tai alley historical landscape neighborhood of Dunhuang as the main subject of study.From a human-centered perspective,we firstly conduct a preliminary study of the Gao Tai alley historical landscape neighborhood of Dunhuang,and find that Gao Tai alley has been the most voluminous and most soundly maintained street from ancient times to the present,with distinctive regional characteristics of the ancient county.Through the analysis of similar designs,it is clear that the regional landscapes can awaken people’s memories of the past,and the historical values can empower the living environment.Thirdly,through the field research and survey of the study object,i.e.,the Gao Tai alley historical and landscape neighborhood of Dunhuang City,we search for and sort out the historical legacy problems in the current situation,and carry out landscape transformation design research under the premise of respecting the regional culture to restore the neighborhood’s appearance and achieve the macro ideal of "urban repair" for Dunhuang City. |
