Study On Urban Design Method Of Historic Blocks Under The Concept Of "City Refining"

At present,the chasm between the implementation and urban planning in our country is very obvious in the renewal of historic blocks,and urban design is a exact link that can connect them together,so that the abstract planning is effectively implemented in the concrete construction.There has been a lot of researches for urban design for many years,but they are all rather one-sided.Therefore,although there have been many practices,the results are not satisfactory and there are still many problems and deficiencies.For example,the appearance and texture of a street block still have a large gap with the city,the functional status is relatively backward,the protection and use of the building are insufficient,the landscape space is small,traffic jams,and the walking environment is poor.The new concept of "urban repair" can effectively repair and correct these problems.Therefore,the author decided to take this opportunity as the starting point,and comprehensively proposed how to implement the general approach of urban design in historic blocks under the concept of urban repair.Firstly,based on the analysis of the meanings of historic districts and urban design,the thesis points out the relationship between urban design and historical street planning,defines the research areas and principles of urban design in historic districts,and sorts out the protective streets of historical districts at home and abroad.The theoretical research dynamics and practical experience of the design,comparing the domestic and foreign cases,points out the shortcomings and problems in the urban design of historic blocks in China.Secondly,how to carry out the urban design of historical blocks under the concept of urban restoration and protect traditional space through the spatial texture,scale,interface,sense of place,the inside and structure of the building,the physical form of the space,the greening of the landscape,and details.Features maintain the overall appearance of the neighborhood.Then,through the interpretation of the actual case of Zhongshan Road in Wuhan,the protection of historical streets from macroscopic to microscopic,from space to architecture and landscape,the protection of traditional spatial features,the shaping of the integrity of historic street features,and the improvement of the living environment of historic neighborhoods,etc.The specific implementation means explores concretely and in detail how the historical district conducts urban design under the guidance of the urban remediation concept.Finally,it finds a universal approach,and proposes that a comprehensive basic research needs to be conducted before the project begins,using a global and dynamic perspective.To carry out design,targeted repairing,to buildings,landscapes,space,transportation.for example,guide the functional enhancement of the neighborhood,to allow the long-term sustainable development of the neighborhood,and to provide reference for urban design of other historical districts.
