Research On Ecological Restoration Planning Of Urban Territorial Space Based On Natural Solutions

As urbanization area facing increasingly serious shortage of land and resources,ecological and environmental pollution,natural disasters,social challenges,clarify the current urbanization areas of land and space ecological restoration of all kinds of complicated problems,explore the urbanization areas of land and space ecological restoration planning is an important issue to realize the sustainable development of cities.Under the background of ecological civilization construction,ecological restoration planning of territorial space,as a systematic means to coordinate natural resources,ecological environment protection and utilization,and restoration and management,is transforming into a sustainable natural ecological approach.It is an effective way to promote the green transformation of Chinese social and economic development in the new period to discuss how to deal with nature and how to solve ecological and environmental problems by using natural approaches.Nature-based Solutions advocates the full use of natural resources,natural processes,ecosystems and other sustainable ecological function services,in order to achieve multiple benefits such as environmental restoration,efficient utilization of resources,and multi-value development of ecosystems,transforming environmental and social challenges into innovation opportunities.NbS concept provides new thinking,new goals and new approaches for national space ecological restoration planning in the new era.In this thesis,the connotation of urban territorial space ecological restoration is interpreted,and the research progress of urban territorial space ecological restoration in China is summarized.The findings are as follows :（1）Hot research directions focus on ecological security pattern,ecological restoration strategy,and standard system.（2）The lack of interaction between ecology and city is common in ecological restoration of land space in urban areas,and ecological problems are prominent;Ecological security risks and challenges,the contradiction between human and land intensified;Ecosystem services are complex and ecological value is ignored.The ecological restoration system is scattered and the implementation and control is difficult.（3）The development trend of related policy and research is the thought idea from "mass and incremental" to "balance and coordination,repair the object from the" ecological resources "to" community "of life,the scientific paradigm combines "technology" with "nature",development plan combines "problem orientation" with "goal orientation".Based on the interpretation of the concept connotation of NbS,the relationship between NbS and other similar concepts based on ecosystem adaptability,ecosystem services,green infrastructure,rewilderness and other eco-city concepts such as resilient city,sponge city,urban dual repair,park city were analyzed,and the development process and hot research of NbS were summarized.The results show that :（1）The concept of NBS is inspired and supported by nature,taking ecosystem services as the starting point,applying natural approaches to ecological restoration,advocating coping with various ecological challenges by relying on natural ecological potential,and providing common benefits for the environment and human beings.（2）The standards and implementation measures to meet the needs of the development of national spatial ecological restoration in China,by giving play to the characteristics of natural ecological elements for ecological restoration,to coordinate ecological restoration projects with multidisciplinary technical means,to explore the applicable standard system to evaluate the effect of ecological restoration,transforming the value of ecological restoration with inclusive governance mode,value human health and well-being as well as social ecological awareness,NbS provides a new model and approach to solve social,economic and environmental problems.Based on NbS ecological restoration experience,this thesis puts forward the overall goals of urban land and space ecological restoration at five levels: “ecological environment restoration,landscape environment governance,ecosystem connectivity,sustainable ecological development,ecological asset appreciation”.From “the investigation,planning and design,and implementation of security” three levels proposed urban areas of land and space ecological restoration planning overall train of thought,from the target hierarchy,repair objects,planning process three aspects to build urban areas of land and space based on natural solution to ecological restoration standard system framework,clear the overall goal of ecological restoration,the general object and content of guidance,proposed from multiple ways into the nature based solutions,to coordinate ecological resources and ecological security pattern,to evaluate the value of ecological function service scientifically,to integrate a comprehensive interdisciplinary library of technical methods,to determine a scientific and reasonable planning process,to establish and improve the long-term implementation guarantee mechanism.In this way,ecological restoration plans for territorial space will become more scientific and operational.Finally,taking China-Singapore Knowledge City as an example,the NbS concept was incorporated to formulate the overall work idea of "preliminary investigation,planning and design,supporting implementation" for territorial space ecological restoration planning.Focus on investigations of ecological environment,ecological elements,ecological system,ecological demand,and evaluation of ecological space quality,ecological service function and social service function,recognition of knowledge city the main ecological problems,put forward the overall objectives of effective ecological protection,efficient ecological management,and ecological quality and efficiency improvement,clear natural way priority repair guide,to build a multi-level ecological network of "source + corridor + point",explore technical approaches to improve quality and efficiency of ecological restoration,and put forward practical strategies such as constructing sustainable restoration and maintenance governance mode,establishing multi-level ecological restoration planning transmission mechanism,establishing market-based ecological protection compensation mechanism,and improving supporting policy mechanisms for effective decision-making.
