In recent years,with the continuous development of China’s economy and society,the process of urbanization has been accelerating,at the same time,it has brought tremendous pressure to the urban ecological environment.Water pollution is serious,affecting the daily water use of residents,mountain mining and development cause mountain damage,seriously affecting the ecological environment and landscape of the city.The coordinated development of urban development and ecological environment restoration is facing important problems,and urban development has reached a turning point.At the end of 2015,the Central Working Conference on Cities put forward the ecological guiding ideology of "vigorously carrying out ecological restoration and reproducing green waters and green mountains in cities",so as to change the mode of urban development has become a top priority.Urban ecological restoration is an important part of improving urban ecological environment.It has many functions,such as reducing urban heat island effect,conserving water,increasing urban disaster resistance,purifying air,heat preservation and insulation,saving energy,greening and beautifying urban landscape,and improving people’s living environment quality.It can improve the city through ecological restoration of damaged mountain,polluted water and brown land.The natural ecological structure of green space system.This requires the planners and designers to take "ecological restoration" as a new special plan to supplement and improve the planning while planning the urban green space system,and to improve concept and theory of ecological restoration,this paper summarizes and analyses the evolution process and theoretical research progress of the concept of ecological restoration at home and abroad,compares the development situation at home and abroad,and draws a conclusion that ecological restoration has the planning characteristics of foundation,diversity of objectives,integration of disciplines and complexity of technology.The related concepts of green space system are sorted out and the related development process is summarized.Based on the theory of ecology,the ecological restoration planning of urban green space system is studied from three levels: city area,built-up area and individual restoration project,and the ecological restoration function of urban green space system is summarized.Through the case study of Kamakura City in Japan and Sanya City in China,the ecological restoration planning strategy of its green space system can provide reference for the establishment of the following planning system.Next,a special planning framework for ecological restoration of urban green space system is established.The objectives and principles of ecological restoration in urban green space system planning are defined.Based on these,the strategies of ecological restoration of urban green space system are put forward.This paper evaluates the urban ecological security pattern and the urban ecological environment at two levels,and obtains the corresponding ecological restoration planning strategies,clarifies its restoration orientation and content,establishes the ecological restoration planning steps and systems in urban green space system planning,and carries out the exploration of individual ecological restoration projects and space-time development layout planning.Finally,the paper demonstrates the planning strategy based on the specific practice of Pingyi County.Through the assessment and field investigation of the ecological environment of Pingyi County,the basic situation of its urban development is understood and the current situation of urban green space is analyzed.Based on the evaluation results,the ecological restoration region was delimited and the restoration strategies were provided.On the basis of the evaluation of the ecological environment indicators of the built area,the ecological classification of the green space in the urban area was made and the restoration strategies were given.Finally,the individual projects that need ecological restoration in county and urban areas are selected for spatial positioning and development planning,and the short-term and long-term planning objectives of individual projects are determined for construction.Provides the basis for the
