| With the aging of our country,the number of elderly people suffering from stroke is increasing,and the recovery rate is gradually decreasing due to difficulties in rehabilitation and persistence.Among them,balanced exercise ability is the key ability for stroke patients to recover their activities of daily living.There are some problems in the balance training of elderly stroke patients in the later stage of rehabilitation,such as poor training enthusiasm and lack of targeted training AIDS at home.This research starts with stroke patients,focusing on elderly stroke patients and their family caregivers in the later stage of rehabilitation.In the stage of literature research,study the possible methods and techniques of balance training at home;In the product research stage,by analyzing the balance training equipment of the elderly with stroke,chooses the common TV at home as the carrier and the latest somatosensory technology as the support to design a balance training system for the elderly with stroke in the later stage of rehabilitation.In the user research stage,experimental observation,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview were conducted on elderly people with stroke,family caregivers and rehabilitation therapists,respectively,to study the daily training behaviors and nursing behaviors of home-based training caregivers and gain insight into the needs of users;In the product design stage,the design scheme is obtained based on the user’s needs.According to the psychological characteristics of the target users in the training process,focusing on the psychological types of the achievers,the gamification elements are organized.Based on the research results,a game-based balance training system for the elderly with stroke at home in the later stage of rehabilitation is designed to solve the problem of insufficient balance training for the elderly with stroke at home,and meet the functional requirements of professional system training and incentive training at home.The innovation of this paper lies in:(1)the design and application of gamification method.The author considers the gamification mechanism that is suitable for inspiring the elderly with stroke to keep exercising in eight dimensions,and comprehensively and reasonably applies the gamification elements to the balance system.The use of each element is to promote the goal of persistent training,and it is a critical thinking,systematic and valuable gamification design,and it has been verified by experiments that it can enhance the motivation of patients.(2)Balance training products for the elderly with stroke.In terms of product experience,the font size,reasonable color,appropriate complexity,and smooth use process make its interactive mode suitable for stroke elderly people to operate alone at home.Compared with the hospital balance instrument,the elderly with stroke can manage the training data at home,understand the data,be stimulated by the feedback and reward mechanism brought by the system,and be more active in training,which is suitable for the living room environment at home.Compared with WII Fit,the game difficulty,interface and interaction are more suitable for the elderly with stroke,and the measurement of balance ability is more professional. |
