| Rapid economic development has brought about the development of China’s air transport industry and traveling by air has become an important way for people. However, with the increase in the number of air passengers, the pressure of ground security service has increased sharply in large hub airports.Especially in the process of passenger security screening, working with fluctuating intensity, working in an uneven and irregular time and switching of screening lanes frequently are seriously affect the physical and mental health of passenger security screening staff and their service efficiency. Therefore, the reasonable and orderly optimisation of the scheduling scheme for passenger security screening staff at hub airports is a major issue for the healthy development of the aviation industry and has important research significance. In this thesis,we first analyse the current situation and characteristics of the queuing process of security passengers and on-site scheduling for the travel inspection team at hub airports through a large amount of data research, and find that most airports currently use an empirical on-site dispatching model, which cause many problems with the scheduling solutions obtained in this way.Based on the above analysis, the author obtains the pattern of security services demand changing at a large hub airport in different times of the day and proposes a "pre-dispatching-real-time rescheduling" on-site dispatching model for the security management.Secondary, from the perspective of travel inspection team work comfort, work time balance, etc.,with travel inspection personnel as the research object,a simulation model of the queuing service process of the passenger security screening team in large hub airports is established. After a large number of simulation experiments can obtain the optimal configuration of the number of travel lanes and travel service counters at each time. Then, the mathematical models of primary and secondary pre-dispatching are established for the problem of passenger security screening team pre-dispatching,and the solution methods and case studies are discussed. This thesis also proposes a real-time scheduling strategy based on the pre-dispatching of the passenger security screening team to cope with fluctuations in the actual demand for pre-dispatching.Finally,the above research results are simulated and verified by taking a large international hub airport in China as a case study. The results show that the "pre-dispatching-real-time rescheduling" on-site dispatching model for passenger security screening teams is more reasonable than the existing empirical on-site dispatching model. The scheduling scheme obtained through the optimal solution and real-time scheduling strategy can effectively and quickly solve The scheduling scheme obtained through the optimal solution and real-time scheduling strategy can effectively and quickly solve the problems of frequent channel switching, large fluctuations in work intensity and uneven working hours, thus contributing to the healthy development of the civil aviation industry. |
