In recent years,with the development of China's civil aviation industry,more and more passengers choose to travel by airplane.With airport throughput getting more and more,the operational pressure is increasing.In order to ensure the increase in the number of passengers,and provide high-quality services at the same time.It is necessary to adopt new ways to make passengers more convenient and efficient services.According to domestic scholars' research,the airport security is the bottleneck in the passenger's entire process.Excessive queues and complicated inspection links all reduce passenger travel satisfaction.Therefore,these new proposed based classification security concepts is combined and simulation modeling methods is used to study airport security.Firstly,combined with the research results of foreign scholars and the actual operation status of domestic airport security,passengers are classified into low-risk passengers,medium-risk passengers and high-risk passengers according to their risk levels.Anylogic software is used for passengers and traditional security inspection channels.A low-risk security channel,a medium-risk security channel,and a high-risk security channel are used to establish a simulation model and verify them.Secondly,according to four different security inspection processes,the seriesparallel theory is used and safety performance data is set for the four security inspection channels.The safety performance includes true alarm rate,true clear rate,false alarm rate and false clear rate.In the case of stable passenger arrival rate,the service performance data of four security channels are collected.The service performance includes average passenger stay time,average service time,average waiting time,average team length,passenger traffic efficiency,and comparison of four security channel resource costs.Change the length of the channel queue to obtain the optimal queue length for the four security check channels to meet the passenger waiting time of no more than 12 minutes under the current service rate.The best captain of the traditional security check channel is 31.The best captain of the low-risk security check channel is 53 people.The best captain of the medium-risk security check channel is 23,and the best captain of the high-risk security check channel is 22.The classified security system includes three types of channels: low-risk security channel,medium-risk security channel,and high-risk security channel.In order to meet the actual operational needs,comprehensive analysis should be considered.Therefore,combined with the actual arrival situation of airport security check passengers and the best captains of the four security channels,a channel open algorithm was established for two kinds of security inspection system.According to the traditional security system and the classified security system,the actual operation of the airport security inspection was simulated for one day.Two kinds of security systems were compared in terms of safety performance,service performance,channel opening time and cost.It is concluded that the classified security system is superior to the traditional security inspection system in terms of security performance,service performance and channel opening time.However,in terms of cost,the classified security system has one more staff and one more EDS equipment than the traditional security system.Finally,combined with the problems found in the model operation,the classification security system is improved.For the low-risk security channel,reduce a male personal security inspector and close the high-risk security inspection channel to allow high-risk passengers to receive services in the medium-risk security inspection channel.The improved classified security system is slightly worse than the improved classified security system in terms of service performance and safety performance.But it is superior to the pre-improved classified security system in terms of channel opening time and cost.
