| In the new context of territorial spatial planning,urban development has shifted from incremental development to stock development,and urban renewal has become one of the hot topics in various disciplinary fields.As China comprehensively promotes urban renewal and fine land management to achieve high-quality development of land space,rational use of land space and reasonable allocation of land resources and layout become important issues in current planning research.The use of multi-source data in urban planning research has become an inevitable trend.By analyzing the characteristics of urban vacancy phenomenon generated in Guangzhou,summarizing the characteristics and theories of vacancy phenomenon,combining multi-source data with urban vacancy phenomenon,and finally proposing technical methods including combining multi-source data fusion analysis of urban vacancy phenomenon,spatial characteristics analysis of housing vacancy phenomenon and correlation analysis of housing vacancy index to 171 townships in Guangzhou to verify the urban vacancy phenomenon under different urban levelsAn overview of the study area in Guangzhou and the existing research methods for urban vacancy problems are sorted out,and the sources of research data are summarized.We summarize the characteristics of the research on urban vacancy phenomenon in Guangzhou,the types of multi-source data in urban land use,methods,and practical cases.Firstly,based on the existing research and the characteristics of Guangzhou city,we obtain and pre-process the multi-source data that need to be used in this thesis.The research method and technical route of this thesis are proposed for the existing research ideas of urban vacancy.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the current population,spatial pattern,land use scale and economic development of Guangzhou city,this thesis constructs an evaluation housing vacancy index by considering multiple dimensions such as social,economic and demographic through the index construction principles,using data such as nighttime lighting data,urban land cover data and population grid data to evaluate the housing vacancy index,and using the housing vacancy index to analyze the urban vacancy of Guangzhou from 2012-2016.The global autocorrelation,local autocorrelation and hotspot analysis of the urban housing vacancy index of Guangzhou city from 2012-2016 are conducted to visually represent the temporal and spatial changes of each region by visually expressing the significance,aggregation and cold hotspots of urban township regions in Guangzhou.Finally,based on the study of urban vacancy phenomenon in Guangzhou,this study discusses the urban vacancy phenomenon in Guangzhou at township scale in terms of vacancy phenomenon theory,characteristics,and influencing factors respectively,and based on this,proposes suggestions under fine urban land management.It also compares the housing vacancy index and correlation in Guangzhou city during 8 years from 2012 to 2020,summarizes the research process,and provides an outlook on the subsequent research. |
