| In recent years, with a large number of mountain highway being constructed, the proportion of the tunnel construction rapidly increased in highway construction. Specially, the design of the tunnel through the specific geology is particularly important. The vacancy of the Lingshi tunnel through the gesso was found in the Dayun road reconstruction from Jiexiu to Huozhou. So the Lingshi tunnel is good for the analysis about the tunnel and vacancy. This paper began with the tunnel project, knew previous research results, and used the correlative theories. Test technology, treatment technology and therapy results were told by the numbers.The results through this paper will be used to practical projects and guidance for the relevant projects.(1)In the Detection, if the ground penetrating radar technology was used, the location of the vacancy, the shape and the size were made more accurately judgments than other detection methods in a short distance. It is next to providing the detailed information of the treatment work about the vacancy.(2) For the treatment of the vacancy areas, the finite element analysis software was used to optimize the management of the program. While according to the location of vacancy areas and the actual situation in the tunnel, the treatment which used the steel frame structure and lightweight materials to fill with this vacancy was adopted. This is to meet the project quality and safety requirements, but also to save the project investment.(3)As an important means of a safety measure, optimization, designing and construction monitoring technology is constantly advanced. It is significance to the tunnel construction on the poor geological. Monitoring technology is one of the evaluation important means which are used to treat to vacancy. Monitoring technology was continuously improved in the construction. The monitoring data was scientific process, timely feedback. This provided the important technology and the theory for the construction safety. |
