With the rapid development of the domestic economy,car sales have also increased significantly.The resulting parking difficulties have gradually become an urgent problem of urban governance,especially in the old community in the center of the city.The parking problem is harder to be solved in old residential areas since the difficult reconstruction of the old parking space.At the same time,the parking problem of the old residential areas belongs to the problem of community public management,which involves many stakeholders.The parking service optimization will be restricted by many decisive factors,such as the number of parking spaces,infrastructure,service capacity,and service quality.Thus,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the causes of service failure and develop a systematic service innovation model to meet the parking needs in old residential areas in order to alleviate the conflicts of parking difficulties.The new service development process has spawned a series of new innovation models,but they overemphasize the qualitative method of design knowledge acquisition,largely rely on the previous personal experience of service designers,and limit the generation of innovative and breakthrough ideas.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore the innovation model and effective design tools in service development.To address the practical contradiction between the parking difficulty of the old residential areas and the limitations of existing methods,this thesis focuses on the innovation of the parking service for the old residential areas.The SKST integrated service innovation model is proposed,which includes four stages: service process analysis,service demand definition,solution exploration,and solution evaluation.By using the SKST model,the existing problems and demands of the parking service in old residential areas are analyzed.Based on the analysis results,a parking service intelligent system is designed and evaluated for old residential areas.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.A new service innovation model named SKST is proposed by combining the existing service design tools including Service Blueprint(SB),KJ method,Service Quality(SERVQUAL),and Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems(TRIZ).In order to find out the potential effective solutions for service innovation,the SKST model integrates the advantages of the four design tools.2.The demands for parking service innovation in old residential areas are analyzed.According to the basic characteristics of old residential areas,the most typical old residential area is selected for the research.The proposed SKST model is used to analyze the parking service process and define the parking service demand.Using the service blueprint and KJ method to analyze the failure points and waiting points in the parking service process,it is concluded that the primary influencing factor is parking planning.Using the SERVQUAL model to construct and analyze service quality evaluation indicators,the main service innovation needs are obtained.3.The innovative solutions for the parking service in old residential areas are studied.Combined with the analysis results of the SKST model on the parking service demand,the TRIZ is used to find the contradiction between the service innovation demand and the limitations of existing methods.The innovation principles are used to explore potential solutions.After analysis,it is concluded that the parking service intellectualization is the key factor to solve the parking problem,and the corresponding functional requirements of the intelligent parking service system are proposed.4.The parking service intelligent system for the old residential areas is designed.According to the proposed functional requirements,the Digital Twin(DT)-based parking service intelligent system is designed for old residential areas.The functions and interface of each sub-module,the mobile application,and the intelligent system management platform are provided.The Wool Textile community is taken as an example to simulate and evaluate the effect of the intelligent system and parking planning scheme.
