Research On Service Quality Of Expressway Service Area

As a service organization of the expressway section,the expressway service area provides services for the past divisions and is an important part of the current transportation service system.Its service quality is crucial for the construction of the service area.The R highway service area serves as a highway service hub,and its development has a driving significance for the highway section.However,in recent years,the growth rate of the R expressway service area has slowed down and the development has lagged behind the service areas of the same section,which has hindered the pace of improving the overall service quality of the expressway section services and reduced the customer experience of the passengers.This paper selects the R highway service area as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of the R highway service area from four aspects: advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats from the existing market competition environment and the status of internal marketing environment.Customer perception evaluation analysis,relying on questionnaire survey,evaluate the service quality of R highway service area from the aspects of tangible factors,reliability factors,guarantee factors,response factors,empathy factors,etc.,and then find out the problems existing in the current R highway service area;R Expressway service area service quality improvement plan,from the aspects of infrastructure expansion and transformation,service form upgrade,improvement of internal management,strengthening of innovation capability and sustainable development capability,etc.,and formulating corresponding program safeguard measures It will fundamentally improve the problems existing in the R highway service area,and improve the service quality level in the expressway section,establish a higher service brand image,and win greater social and economic benefits.
