| With the rapid growth of private cars in cities,the phenomenon of random parking,illegal parking and difficult parking is becoming more and more common.Cities are facing the dilemma of "more cars and less cars".On the one hand,the difficulty of parking is related to the total number of parking spaces,on the other hand,it is also related to the utilization rate of parking spaces.How to make full use of parking space resources is the key to alleviate the problem of urban parking.Sharing parking space service is an effective means to improve the utilization rate of parking space.O2O intelligent parking service integrates O2 O cloud parking technology and LBS location-based service technology to share parking space information through heat map visualization.Under the condition that the existing resources remain unchanged,through service sharing,the utilization rate of products is improved and the cost of services is reduced.The integration of online and offline resources breaks the limitation of time and space and provides users with instant and personalized services.The research ideas of this paper are as follows: the first step is to analyze the parking competitive products under O2 O mode from the strategic level,scope level,structure level,framework level and performance level by using the five element analysis method of user experience,and summarize them in form,function and experience;The second step is the analysis of users’ parking demand based on the scene.After the user interview,it is classified into three scenarios.Based on the scene demand,it summarizes and classifies three user models: reverse search model,resource allocation model and scenario customization model;The third step is to analyze the parking demand based on user experience,draw the user experience process map,analyze the pain points and needs,refine and refine the needs of users in the "parking space finding" stage and "driving" stage into corresponding functions,and sort the function priorities;The fourth step is to carry out design and research according to the previously detailed functions and product positioning,including service system diagram,business canvas,information architecture,high fidelity prototype and use scenario;The fifth step is testing and iteration,analyzing the usability and desirability of the prototype,reflecting on the design deficiencies and iterating.The research shows that the intelligent parking information system based on o2 o service can alleviate the problem of urban parking by increasing the utilization rate of parking space.Lbs based location service can get rid of the restrictions of time and space according to the user’s use situation,provide users with parking space information services,and improve the user experience.After testing,users can better complete the test task,the system availability is good,and the system is more complete after the second iteration. |
