From 2010 to 2020,the construction of expressways in Guangdong Province developed rapidly,and the traffic mileage exceeded 10000 km by the end of 2020.The expressway constructed in recent ten years mainly crosses mountains and hills,so tunnel engineering is not uncommon in Guangdong Province.Due to the characteristics of high compressive strength,strong surface bearing capacity and light color,cement concrete pavement is widely used in tunnel pavement,especially long tunnel and extra long tunnel.Because the internal environment of the tunnel is relatively closed and the air circulation speed is slow,the automobile exhaust and particles are attached to the surface of the cement concrete pavement under the action of water.With the growth of time,a wax layer is gradually formed and attached to the road surface.With the increase of the service life of the tunnel,the anti sliding index of the pavement gradually does not meet the specified value to ensure driving safety.In order to ensure the safety of tunnel operation,improve and improve the technical level of tunnel pavement,and combined with the maintenance and detection data of tunnel cement pavement,the ultra-thin overlay engineering project of expressway tunnel is carried out.Taking the asphalt ultra-thin overlay project of cement pavement of H expressway tunnel as an example,in order to improve the project quality of ultra-thin overlay,the whole process of project quality management is studied and controlled.Firstly,this thesis studies and analyzes the current situation of quality management at home and abroad,and systematically expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge of project quality,quality management,project quality management and so on.This thesis introduces the basic situation and quality management status of asphalt ultra-thin project of cement pavement of H expressway tunnel,comprehensively analyzes the quality objectives,quality assurance system and quality control methods of tunnel ultra-thin overlay project,analyzes the project through quality influencing factors,and reveals the existing quality management problems of the project.Using the theory of total quality management,this thesis summarizes and summarizes the ultra-thin asphalt overlay of tunnel cement pavement in three stages: before,during and after,and reasonably optimizes the allocation of relevant quality factors such as "people,materials,machines,methods and rings".In addition,according to the relevant requirements of construction drawing design documents,comprehensive quality control is carried out for each index in each stage to improve the quality of the project.At the same time,the digital method is used for quality control,the quality problems existing in different stages are analyzed,and the deviation is corrected in time in combination with the actual situation.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and practice,the problems faced in the construction process of tunnel ultra-thin cover are solved one by one,so that the project can be completed and delivered on time with quality and quantity.To sum up,through the analysis and Research on the quality control of the ultra-thin overlay project of H expressway tunnel,this study systematically studies the comprehensive application of the five factors "human,material,machine,method and environment" and digital quality management control theory of total quality management and influencing quality analysis of the ultra-thin overlay of asphalt on tunnel cement pavement,Form a relatively complete quality control system for tunnel ultra-thin overlay.The research conclusion has a certain reference for the quality management of subsequent domestic expressway cement pavement tunnel asphalt ultra-thin overlay projects.
