As a kind of semi-mechanical level measuring device,heavy hammer level meter plays an irreplaceable role in high temperature,high pressure,strong corrosion and other environments.In this paper,the weight level meter is improved and developed,and a weight level meter driven by brushless motor under the condition of measurement and control compound is designed,and the system composition,software and hardware design and other aspects of the weight level meter are studied.First of all,this paper has done an overall scheme design for the weight level meter system.In the fuselage structure,the external sensor on the transmission mechanism is removed,and the driving mode of AC motor plus reducer is replaced by brushless DC motor.In the control strategy,the driving function of the hammer and the object position measurement function of the system are integrated in the driving algorithm of the brushless motor.On the premise of ensuring the reliable lifting movement of the hammer,the precise measurement is realized without the object position measurement sensor,so as to achieve the combination effect of measurement and control.Secondly,the measurement and control principle of the weight position meter system designed in this paper is introduced,and the weight position measuring function and the hammer drive simple model of the system are solved.The control parameters of object level meter driven by brushless motor are obtained.In addition,the hardware and software design of the system control part is completed.Hardware STM32F407IGT6 as the core,the design of power module,measurement and control signal acquisition,amplification module,motor drive module and human-computer interaction module.The software is composed of object level measurement function and human-computer interaction function.The object level measurement function includes the main program of object level measurement,motor driver program,interrupt service program of working current detection,fault detection and sampling signal filtering program.Finally,the debugging and experiment platform is built,and the precision calibration and compensation of the object level measurement function of the system are done through the experiment.Then,the performance of the system’s hammer position detection,origin "stagnation" performance,object position measurement accuracy and fault detection performance are analyzed,which verifies the feasibility of the measurement and control compound weight position meter system studied in this paper.
