| With the social progress and development of economic, people’s living condition is getting better and better. However, one thing which is disgusting is the noise pollution. In modern times, the noise pollution is becoming more and more serious, what is more, it influences people’s work, study and life baddly, etc. So how to estimate and control the noise effectively becomes a very important problem. Meanwhile, the requirement of the noise measuring instrument’s functional is more and more eager.The measurement function of traditional noise measuring instrument is unitary, that is to say only several measuring functions could be chosen by the users. When users need to do other measurement of noise, the only way is connecting external devices, which has tedious operations, limited display of data information, lack of effective management for data storage, as well as the poor efficiency of hardware data processing, e. g. it is difficult to process the octave and 1/3 octave measurement parallelly. So it is urgent to continuously strengthen the functions of noise measuring diversification and automation management level.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional noise measuring instrument, this thesis build a corresponding PC management system to perfect the measuring funcionts related based on the HY128 sound level meter.The structure of the thesis is as follows:First, the processing algorithms and the basic knowledge of noise measurement in HY128 sound level meter PC management system are introduced. Noise monitoring of the relevant basic knowledge mainly introduces basic measurement noise measurement and the main evaluation parameter. This thesis introduces the principle of frequency weighting and time weighting.Improved Mallat algorithm used in octave measure analysis, multiple sampling digital filter group method is used for 1/3 octave analysis in the thesis.Second, the overall functional block diagram of PC system is given based on the characteristics of HY128 sound level meter. The PC system could be divided into seven modules.-data transmission, data storage, system management and setting, The data measurement, data browse, report generation and remote control, each module unit have different functional division.Then, the simulation of related functions is presented on the virtual instrument software development platform on the platform of Lab VIEW and SQL Server database according to the overall planning of HY128 PC system. The PC system is mainly for realizing real-time measurement and data download, completing the data storage, processing data frequency meter, time, weight, octave and 1/3 octave measurement data, as well as all kinds of measurement data browsing, electronic report generation, the remote control of the server and client, etc.Finally, there is the design of system reliability and optimization. Apply of PC management system built in this thesis proves that it is good man-machine interface, users convenient operation, less manual intervention, which can realize remote control, a high degree of automation and system reliability, etc.Commonly used evaluation measurement noise conforms to the acoustic measurement terms and definitions JJB 1034-2005 national standards of measurement.Simulation results show that octave and 1/3 octave measurement design result conforms to octave and score octave filter national standards of GB/T 3241-2010. |
