Elaborated the Nuclear level gauge in the coal bin material position survey necessity, thecontrast ultrasonic wave material position idea with the radar material position ideaprinciple and the characteristic, in view of uses the nucleon material position idea to carryon the coal bin material position survey the reliability and the feasibility analysis, proposedone kind of concrete nucleon material position idea applies in the coal bin material positionsurvey implementation plan, and has carried on the operating mode movement in the scene, has conducted the thorough research in view of this material position idea security and thereliability. The research content includes:①Measurement system accuracy,②The measurementsystem reliability (movement adaptability to environment which locates includingthermoelectric power station coal bin),③Measurement system security (includingradiological-safety protection),④Measurement system response timeliness.Through toaffects the measuring accuracy the factor analysis, the use nuclear radiation safe protectiontechnology, carries on the nuclear material position idea hardware and the software design, installs under the condition to the scene the coal bin nucleon material position observationand control system to carry on the simulation actually to calculate and to analyze itsaccuracy, the reliability, the time response, and carries on the comparison with theexperiment measurement result, the generalized analysis obtains the nucleon materialposition idea in the coal bin material position survey feasibility and the technicalspecification parameter, provides the reference for the coal bin material positionmeasurement system in the Leiyang power plant application.
