Research On The Design Of Community "Childcare+Assistance To The Disabled" Service Center Based On ADA Rules

The number of people with living disabilities in our country is increasing,and the social upbringing cost is also increasing,but the quantity and quality of the existing facilities for nurturing children and helping the disabled are small and poor,and the simultaneous use of infants and people with disabilities is seldom taken into account in the design.In addition,there are some problems,such as small coverage area,single facility function and so on.Based on the intergenerational communication between infants and people with disabilities in the activity space,this paper creates a multi-functional facility which can satisfy not only infant care and early education,but also family companionship and barrierfree life of people with disabilities.and then alleviate the current domestic family survival pressure.First of all,this paper draws lessons from the construction experience of domestic and foreign composite facilities in the design of composite facilities for children and children,and uses a variety of colors to create a variety of visual color effects,which is not only conducive to cultivating infants’ sensitivity and understanding of beauty,but also allows people with disabilities to ease relaxation,comfort and pleasure in the space of compound facilities,and meet their psychological needs for love and warmth.Secondly,it makes an in-depth investigation of the existing facilities for raising children and helping the disabled in the community,makes a statistical analysis of the current situation of the activity space,and conducts a questionnaire interview with the target population,and summarizes the demand for the use and care of complex facilities for infants and people with disabilities,as well as the problems existing in the layout,function and location of the existing facilities.Finally,combined with the relevant design principles of ADA,five types of composite facility space are summarized,which provides a reliable basis for the layout method and functional design of compound facility space for raising children and helping the disabled.This paper analyzes the spatial scale characteristics of child-rearing and disability-aiding,summarizes the basic module scale suitable for the function of child-rearing and disability-aiding complex facilities,and puts forward the design method of community-based complex space facilities for child-rearing and disability-aiding,which is used in practical design.The innovation of this study is mainly shown in the following three directions:1.The integrated design of child-care and disability facilities meets the needs of infants and people with disabilities in all aspects,and fills the gap in the compound facilities of child-care and disability in our country.2.It is difficult to integrate the existing resources of raising children and helping the disabled in the community,and on this basis,it is a new attempt in China.3.Based on the theories of ADA rule,general design and barrier-free design,the compound model of "raising children + helping the disabled" is put forward,and the actual project is designed,which is innovative in practice.It is hoped that this paper can be helpful to the research on the compound model of raising children and helping the disabled in Shanghai community,and help to extend it to all regions of the country,so as to promote the faster and better upward development of urban civilization.
