The glass curtain wall is the most commonly used structure in the building envelope,which is widely used in high-rise and super high-rise buildings,high-speed railway stations,airports,etc.Because of its advantages of a light weight,good daylighting,beautiful appearance,and effective reduction of thermal expansion and contraction on the main structure.Owing to the glass curtain wall is directly exposed to the natural environment and always subject to various external incentives,the safety performance gradually decays,thus causing rainwater infiltration,broken glass panels,loose fasteners,and even glass panels fall off and other safety problems,which have a severe impact on the economy,society and people’s safety.This thesis takes frame glass curtain wall as the research object and uses experimental research and numerical simulation as the primary means to study glass curtain wall inspection test bench,glass curtain wall mechanical behavior,and health status monitoring.This thesis mainly investigates the following aspects:(1)According to the actual working conditions and testing requirements of the glass curtain wall,the test bench for monitoring the health status was designed and built,and introduced the design and selection of each sub-system of the test bench were in detail;According to the influencing factors of the health status of glass curtain wall,the test plan for monitoring the health status and the test parameters were designed and set for monitoring the health status of glass curtain wall under different conditions.(2)Based on the differential equation of elastic surface and the theory of double trigonometric series,established the theoretical model of the deflection surface of the glass panel,and studied the distribution characteristics of the deflection surface.According to the actual working conditions of the hidden frame glass curtain wall,the finite element model of the glass panel and the overall finite element model of the hidden frame glass curtain wall were established and solved respectively.The first-order natural frequency theoretical model and finite element modal analysis model of curtain wall glass panel under different boundary conditions were established,the first 10 natural frequencies and vibration modes of glass panel were obtained,and analyzed the vibration characteristics and vibration mode characteristics of glass panel.It provides data support for the health monitoring and evaluation of glass curtain walls.(3)The Hilbert vibration decomposition method was applied to the health condition monitoring of the glass curtain wall.This thesis uses Hilbert vibration decomposition and envelope spectrum to analyze the vibration signal of glass curtain wall under different working conditions,and extracts the peak value of envelope spectrum and envelope spectrum area to determine the vibration amplitude of glass curtain wall,which provides the data basis for the subsequent health condition monitoring of glass curtain wall.(4)The air infiltration data and deformation data of the glass curtain wall collected from the health monitoring test were processed and analyzed.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,established the factor set of the comprehensive evaluation model based on the airtightness,deflection,natural vibration frequency,and vibration amplitude of the hidden frame glass curtain wall.The safety performance of the hidden frame glass curtain wall was divided into four grades as the evaluation set of the model.The weight of each factor was calculated by the analytic hierarchy process,and calculated the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix by the appropriate fuzzy operator.According to the calculation results,the principle of maximum membership wa used,judge the safety level of the glass curtain wall,identify the health status of the glass curtain wall,and finally realize the health status monitoring of the glass curtain wall.
